The customer service is excellent and top notch. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help with anything that you need. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the products sold. We are loyal customers and refer all our family and friends. You should see how gorgeous my backyard is because of them. We went to Haley Stone to pick up some landscaping rocks. We were happy with the selection and price and scheduled a delivery for the same week. The delivery driver was supposed to be at my house early in the afternoon but didn’t show up until after 5:00. I could not be there at that time and my husband was trying to get out of the house to get our daughter to dance. He was very rude to my husband. We paid extra to get the largest stone we bought placed. The driver put it in the wrong spot then refused to move it to the right spot. Another stone arrived broken. When I called Haley Stone and told them about our experience the person on the phone apologized and said she would bring it up with the owner, but did not offer to correct the issues or even bother to take my name or phone number. I will never go to this place again.
