Today I had a very difficult conversation with the owner of the store. I purchased an upright Kenmore freezer on august 26 through the Grass Valley store. I had to pick it up at the Auburn store because of the fires. On October 5, I discovered it was no longer working. All the food in it was defrosted. The repair will not happen for 3 weeks at the earliest. I wanted to return the freezer but 30 days had passed so I can’t. I wanted to claim the loss of the food in the freezer but Auburn store owner said I can’t do that either cause I did not buy an extended warranty. I was dumbfounded by this. The owner then explained that it was my fault for not buying an extended warranty, told me never to call there again and hung up on me. I guess he’s a great guy unless you have a problem. Stay away from Sears, Kenmore and this store.
Craig was beyond amazing today. We bought our first ever Washer/Dryer and he was so knowledgeable & Caring & explained everything is such detail. Great Customer Service never have we have we had such an amazing experience. Thank you Craig we will definitely be doing more business with you. 😊
What a neat small community store. I drove all the way from Elk Grove to get the cordless hedge trimmer that uses the same 24v battery as my pole saw. Craig, the owner, was very helpful and set it aside for me to pick up. Item was out of stock online and this was the last one in stock at the store.
To be honest I didnt even realize there was a Sears in Auburn. I order a certain tool for pick up and it was only available at Sears in Auburn.Walking in I was greeted with friendly faces. They quickly brought out my order and checked me out. Even though it was a quick transaction it was a great outcome. The staff at the Auburn Sears is awesome! If you need took or appliances this staff will handle all your needs.Thank you Auburn Sears Staff!!!
Great service like in the old days when Sears was King of retail. Everyone should support Sears more! Its very comfortable to shop here in familiar surrounding. Good solid products at reasonable prices and they deliver. You get to touch the products before you buy them!! Cant do that on internet. There are people there you can talk to not text! Try it, youll like it.
Great, Craig was so helpful I got the refrigerator I wanted on sale plus another bonus sale. I miss Sears in Roseville but if u want appliances this is the place to go. Ill go back and get my stove in a couple of months. Then the dish washer .

Would give no stars if I could. We went over the lease to own options with the employee. From what he explained and after all the questions we asked we were under the impression that after the almost $200 and $90 a month for 5 months we would own our stove. That is what he told us. Well the company they lease through just called after our final payment and said we now need to resign a new lease, or purchase it for another $270. An additional $270 was not discussed at time of signing. They said we were leasing, not leasing to own but that after 5 months they would give us an option to purchase for additional cost...That was not what the signs said at Sears. So now we are forced to either give it back and be out almost $750 with nothing to show or end up paying almost $1000 for a $600 stove. All because the man at the store apparently didnt understand the contract he was selling us...
Wanted to buy a tread mill, was told we cant turn them on for you to test them?? Maybe thats why they are still there? Bought a tool box from a nice guy with great conversation, that was the upside.

Worst employees ever, no other customers in the store and they didnt greet us. they were engaged in a personal conversation and i felt like i was evading their space. I just wanted to buy a dryer. Hello home depot

Called down to the store to ask some questions about a tool chest and to ask about stock. Was told that I should use the website and not to bother anyone in the store. 0/10 customer service would never spend a nickel at this location.
