We came to Ben Davis from Columbus, OH to purchase a previously owned Motor Home. Called, spoke with Tim, made arrangements to meet a few days later. Tim made it such an easy transaction. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I went for oil change and tire rotation. Took a little over the hour estimated, no big deal. The details of my tire rotation reports out of alignment and balance on 1-2 tires. If presented to me I may have had this repaired also...... but it was not brought to my attention. Alas, 4 stars.

Phenomenal experience at Ben Davis. Process took about 2 hours and out the door with my new car. John Gregory did an excellent job. He helped me with making the process easier and answered all my questions about my new Chevy Malibu. When the sale was completed he made sure everything was good to go. When there was a missing part on my car that was there when I took delivery of my car, John Gregory made sure to make things right and had the missing part sent to me at no charge. When I had some issues of finding out where the part was Johnathan Driscoll made sure everything would work out and he made sure that I was taken care of and have a great experience overall. Rachael in finance did an excellent job and made sure the financing went smoothly. Overall Johnathan Driscoll, John Gregory, and Rachael did a phenomenal job and I would recommend going to Ben Davis when you are in the market for a new car. Over an hour for oil change then when done hood latch would not latch not friendly like Stykman Chevrolet

I went in for an oil change. It was done in 45 minutes. Car vacuumed and smelled clean.
