If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience EVER. They have had my car for over a week doing recall work to it. They have no concept of time. I have been given 3 different times of when my car was supposed to be ready and it STILL is not ready. This is NOT my first bad experience with them, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try. MY MISTAKE. They should not even be in the customer service business. Lack of communication between the workers is ridiculous. My car could be on fire and I would NEVER bring it here again.

Ive never had such a Bad experience from car service center, I was called for air bag recall, when I brought it in they made me feel like they are doing me a favour, they changed my delivery time four times I had to take two days off work, they ignore you at the front desk and are very rude over the phone.They asked my friend Who accompanied me to the service center to leave while she was waiting in the lobby cause it was a cold evening, finially when I got my car, I asked for the paper work for which they were reluctant to give and then when I go see my car it had food leftovers and bottle caps in the front seat it looked like someone ate in there, the back seat had come off which didnt any sense when it was a air bag recall, this is the worst place to get your car serviced they dont care about coustomers safety forget satisfaction. Wish I could give zero stars.

I took my Ford Explorer in for service today scheduled appointment might I add for a oil change and for them to check my back up camera and to please call me before he did anything to the camera and let me know how much it would cost me. I expressed this 3 times to him and he said no problem. Got a call from him and he informed me that the had filed a claim with my insurance and that it was going to cost me 400.00 plus the oil change, I told him NO! I just wanted to get a estimate and that I was not going to pay for the camera being fix right now, he was not happy and said he would get my car ready and I could come pick it up. I then ask did they even change my oil and he said,oh not yet. They had my car from 7:00 A.M. scheduled appointment until 6:36 P.M. needless to say I had to call to see if it was even ready yet. He said, yes, and I ask for a total of my bill he states he needed to do another ticket but it would be around 150, no more. I get there and they have charged me 175.26 (WOW)! for a oil change and to look at my camera to tell me it needed to be replaced. Then I also noticed they decided to donate 2.00 of that to drive pink. I called to complain but of course it didnt matter, was told they did want to lose my business well guess what you have. Its a shame as a woman you cant go by yourself to get your car taken care of without men taking advantage of you. Well you might want to think twice before going there. My advice to you is to it to ask for Brandon, because when I called back to complain he was very helpful. And thanks for my courtesy vacuum and wash that I did not receive but was told ALL OUR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THAT!!!!

I will never take my vehicle here again. The lack of communication and respect for my time was ridiculous. It should never take four and a half hours to perform a scheduled oil change, and the fact that the employees did not even call to update me on the process and why it was taking so long was unacceptable. I have worked in the service industry as well, and I am usually understanding of circumstances that may cause things to go off schedule, but the employees could not even explain to me what took so long and were completely unapologetic for the issues this caused me as I was late to classes and wasted most of my day waiting on my car. Why do you even have appointment scheduling available if you will not utilize it to streamline your services? AutoNation Ford will never see another penny from me.
