I showed up 15 minutes early for an inspection and estimate on damages. unfortunately my estimate didnt start until 10 minutes late. although i had to wait around the adjuster was very nice and understanding. the furniture was very comfortable but you do sink in more than i usually like.

It is never fun to have to have your car repaired because of a collision, but Service King is the place to go if you do find yourself in that situation. They were very professional, easy to talk to and always kept me up to date with what was going on. The repairs looked great and they were even done a little early. They made my 2017 Nissan Rogue look brand new.

Tony was very professional and communicative during the repair process. A nice change of pace! At one point the parts needed for my vehicle came in damaged, and the wait for repairs was extended by a day maybe. I know some other shops that might have used the damaged parts anyway. The experience I had overall at the South Auburn location was second to none. Brandon, the service manager, was outstanding in his communication and follow through. The waiting area was spotless and everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Car was in perfect order and they even washed and gave my car a mini detail. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be a forever customer!

There were many delays during the repairs to my car, but they kept in contact with me the whole time. I always felt like they cared. When it was done they delivered it so I didnt have to arrange for transportation and child care. I couldnt be happier with the final product. Its like that silly dog never ran out in front of us! (Dont worry, the dog walked away)

It hurt to even give this place one star!! But i had to in order to be able to leave a review.. If you value your things and not being robbed then DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING done to your vehicle here.. Unfortunately my vehicle was here by no choice of my own. I was in accident that was not my fault and the other driver had Geico insurance so that is who was handling all the stuff with my vehicle.. Geico contracts with service king so my vehicle was towed frok my home down to this establishment for the the claims adjuster to come and inspect. He ended up calling it a total loss... So my next objective was to go get all of my belongings out of the car because it was going to salvage.. Being as I was now with out vehicle and working it took me a couple of days to get down there. Which my claims guy tom said was fine. FAST FORWARD to me going to pick up my stuff. I get there to find my vehicle has been completly ransacked! All of my stuff that had been in a couple totes in the back were dumped out all over. My center console had been emptied and just thrown on the floor drivers side.. Things were broken. And lastly and the most irritating and plain wrong thing was the belongings of mine that were MISSING!!! GONE. STOLEN!!!*my entire tool bag. ( at least $300 dollars worth of tools)*a pair of VERY EXPENSIVE. Bike forks that retail for $800!!* some of my fiances expensive name brand clothes ( I.e nike and addisas sweat suits etc) my I trusted my vehicle in the care of these people and this company. And they conpletly f**ked me the bike forks were BRAND new hadnt evwn been put on a bike yet... This place obviously employees thieves. I will never let another one of my vehicles anywhere near this place my mother is a LONG tome customer who has spent THOUSANDS here. And she will never be going back either. Along with 4 other family members and friends..

Just a warning Not to trust the reviews your reading, they automatically fill out your customer survey for you and give them selves 5 star ratings and very high marks, I like a lot of others have not been so blessed to get such excellent service, and Chris has not called me back in over a month, So I have been in the auto repair business long enough to get to know a lot people honest people and I will continue to tell my experience I have had with ServiceKing including my neighbors and friends they wont be getting my business any more and if you give them yours good luck!

Yahdah1 review15 hours agoThis is a terrible place to take your car, when I got my car back after repairs back in Late July 2018, there were noticeable scratches on my car hood, this business buffed my car without my approval, I brought it to the attention of the business and they were acting like I was seeing something that wasn’t there! So finally the manager saw it and told me if I give them a good review he would not only repair the buffed scratches but he would have my car buffed and waxed, it have been 4 months and I haven’t heard a word from them since letting me know when to return for the free wax and buff to keep my mouth shut, smh wow now I don’t trust this business with my car,

I had a great experience here last June. Fast service and my car looked like new. Unfortunately my drivers door was hit yesterday. After the insurance adjuster looks at it I will be making an appointment to get it fixed.

Would rate negative 5 if it was allowed!! Called ahead to set up a schedule. Asked if they could look at the car to see the amount of repair that was done for a previous accident from the dealership, they said they would do an inspection that didn’t cost anything. However when we got there before our appointment they said that they were not able to look at the car for “liability issues” and that they would not help us. Horrible service, horrible care, and failed to relay the correct corresponding information needed for its customers!!

Did not fix my car correctly

I gave it a try against already having a poor experience with this location in the family. My wife was in a accident and she had her car repaired here. The service was less then professional (Estimated 5 days took 18, no warning of not going to be completed on time, entire front of the car was destroyed, got the car back with a broken fog light...other issues I wont go into...). My car was also in a accident recently and against better judgement and my wifes recommendation / previous experience I brought my car to this location. Im not going to go into the details but... they havent improved at all in the last two years. I have never had a experience where I was guilted into accepting the car after the repair. I would tell others that I know to stay away from this location. Im telling YOU to learn from my mistakes.

Never forwarded estimate to insurance company. They also never sent it to me (the customer). Multiple phone calls, went no where. Apparently only one person has access to our file and no one else can help us, and of course he was out of the office for multiple days. Eventually went elsewhere. This is not how you should treat customers.

Came in this morning to get an estimate and didn’t get one because Darren didn’t think I needed one. After asking him to just write up the preliminary report he said it’s a waste of his time. I wonder what else does he think is a waste of their time when fixing people’s vehicles.

Google asked for a review of the wrong Service King location (the South Auburn) when in fact I had been to the North Auburn location at 2415 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA 98002. I received excellent service from the GEICO rep there on a repair. Always kept me informed and was a pleasure to deal with in such a stressful time. I will bring all my work here.

Working with Eric has been great. My insurance company denied fixing a water leak coming from the sunroof. Eric fixed it and didnt charge me. Thank you for going out of your way to please the customer.

They fixed my bumper Thur geico and they were faster than most shops and they also stayed open late for me so I could pick my truck up after work instead of taking off early

They did a fantastic job fixing the rear bumper of my new Subaru. I had a very pleasant experience.

***!!! AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE !!!***Worst repair shop I have ever had to work with. Chris the adjuster gives me the look like I am a worthless pile of carbon and dismisses what I say is going on mechanically with my vehicle. Add on the fact he kept rolling his eyes and giving me the oh shut up you dont know what you are talking about look. Totally not friendly or professional!So they fixed the body work to my Vehicle and tell me to take it to a dealer to get it finished / fixed for the rest of my problems with my vehicle.

Horrible! Less than one star. Was told my repair would take 5-7 days. I got it back a month later and it wasnt fixed completely. They did not follow the contract that I signed. I told them on the contract to comunicate with me before it went over the estimate price,they never did. They proceeded work without telling me there would be additional costs. I was also charged for removal of luggage covers which I had already removed myself before brining it in. Then their service person, Chris Savenetti, proceeded to argue with us regarding the item in my car that was not fixed. We had multiple issues throughout the month with the location. Do not go to this location.

Absolutly horrible. My insurance screwed my over after I got hit by someone who was texting and driving but this shop did the very least they could do to help. They made my car worse than when it was brought in.

The only thing I would do differently is I would have heeded the advice to remove all of my personal items and therefore the temptation by someone to keep one of my items could have been avoided.

Run away from this place. Slow, slow, slow. No communication. Over 16 days for the estimate. How long will it take to fix? Bounced between people. No one will take responsibility. How could they be a preferred shop? I think i know how. Seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Like I said, RUN!!!!! Anywhere else.
