Im so glad I came across this company. They are so professional and they have the best service. Patrick was so friendly and answered any questions I had. I will recommend them to anyone. They have the best price. They charged me half of what safelite auto glass would have.

I arrived late and they said not to worry a bit. Got my car in and the windshield replaced in less than half an hour. Really nice guys. All former safelite employees. And they charge 25+% less than safelite or other competitors. Highly recommended. Told me the new windshield comes with lifetime warranty too.

The price was half of any other estimate I received. They scheduled me two weeks out but fit me in early. I received the morning phone call to schedule an exact time and they arrived on time. The work was completed quickly and looks great.I would recommend them to anyone!

Nice services and grate price. But schedule ahead and not to be surprise if you will reschedule on other time, they are very busy with many other clients. My recommendation : doing business is worth it. The company is grate anyway and best price to.

Great service and friendly staff! Had our back window replaced yesterday afternoon and was extremely impressed from the call to insurance, office staff, and the Technician preforming the work. We use to work with All Star Auto Glass, but after a horrible experience a few years back, we chose Auto Glass Fitters and won’t look back!

Jim Sing was our technician. Was here when he said he would be. Replaced both front and rear windows on 2005 Chevy Silverado. Did a wonderful job. No complaints.

If it wasnt for the nice gentleman that actually performed the work. Id take these two stars back. The staff is rude. Customer service is non existent. Every comment was followed by Huffington and puffin like they didnt want to answer any question let alone the phone. The work was ok the glass could have been cleaned up totally and I would have preferred the original seql/molding around the glass but Im over it. Not to mention my door lock stopped working after the service but whatever on that too. Id rather pay the dealership to fix it then try and pursue a claim thru these people.But like I said the gentleman that came and performed the work on the initial visit was a cool guy..and so were the two that came to f/u with my lock. Everyone else can kiss ...(fill in the blank) ....insert long sigh! Just thankful its done!

Day of appointment (Thursday), get a phone call that the replacement glass is damaged, reschedule for 1 week later. Day of rescheduled appointment (Thursday), get a phone call that the new replacement glass has not arrived. Call to complain, rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday, installer never shows up. I cannot recommend strongly enough, go anywhere else.To edit: When I called to find out why the appointment on Saturday got missed, the kid I was talking to didnt know, and when I told him that I was planning to use another company all that was said was bye and I was hung up on.This place is trash, spend the extra money and go to somewhere that doesnt have terrible service.

I went to get my glass replaced and the place doesnt even exist anymore. They pull a pretty good disappearing trick when you need them.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever experienced. VIOLET, one of the team members, completely canceled my work order when I voiced frustration that the company failed to bring the correct glass the first time they came to replace my window, which had been smashed during a burglary, and after the company failed to show up to fix the glass 3 days later. Her attitude was aggressive and unwarranted. This is unfortunate, as installer had been so accommodating and apologetic for the original mistake.TRULY DESPICABLE... DO NOT USE.

Worst customer service. I called and asked for a service which the guy on phone told me to contact another shop and then hung up on me, good news is I did contacted another shop and infact gave me a good quote...

The two technicians from Auto Glass Fitters arrived on time and replaced the broken drivers window quickly and even vacuumed the glass pieces that I couldnt reach. I highly recommend them.

On the day of the appointment they called and said that they forgot to order my windshield but they would call and make a new appointment. They didnt call, so the next day I called back. The still didnt know about the windshield, but promised to call back. They didnt call back so I called the next day. They asked me to hold, transferred me back to my insurance company, and told them that they couldnt get a windshield for me.

Crazy how many times they came out with the wrong window. I had to do all the follow up each time.
