My 2 year old decided to break my fathers sliding glass door at 4:48 on a Friday afternoon WITH HER THERMOS. I called Auburn Glass and within 30 minutes they had 2 installers at his house. They were quick, efficient, kind and understanding of the danger. I pray this does not happen again but at least I know who to call if it does.

Person who answered the phone was rude and seemed very annoyed to help me, then quoted me an absolutely outrageous price to replace my windshield. I can’t speak for the quality of repair because it ended with the quote. If that is their price, that’s fine, but there’s no need to be so rude right off the bat.
