Extremely friendly and knowledgable. They also had parts and supplies that oreillys and autozones dont have on hand. They are also privately owned. Will 100% be doing all my mechanic and car shopping here from now on! Thank you Auburn NAPA!

Good spot to get what u need staff very reliable

Kirk was very helpful. He was on the line with me till we got all the right parts with right part numbers. Other stores just said they dont have it while Kirk cross referenced it and got me the right parts. Not a lot of people go the extra mile these days but Kirk went above and beyond. Thankyou

For me, poor customer service. I need a 2018 Highlander cranking battery. Service rep called warehouse, and then said we can have part in 1.5 hours. Do you want to pay now. I said no, when I come back. I came back the service rep. didnt have the battery, and the rep didnt call me. One rep said sorry but both reps were smug. There are better places to shop, with better attitude.

So helpful got my part in a timely fashion and saved a good amount of money.

Definitely the best quality automotive machine shop in the South end of Auburn. The store seems to be getting better and faster to get the parts you need in the store. Its privately owned instead of being a corporate store, so its gonna be a little different than the larger stores in how much stock they hold on hand. In most cases they can get the parts you need in a matter of a couple hours or so. The machine shop is definitely a great place to send your rotors, flywheels, and heads for resurfacing..!!

Best place to get parts Napa staff always seems to have more knowledgeable than the other Auto Parts stores AAA+++

They resurface brake rotors for $15 a piece. Same price NAPA on the east coast does. I like the consistency. Before them I called 3 places and got quotes of $22 a piece, $50 a piece and we dont do that. Thank goodness for NAPA.

The people working here were extremely helpful in helping us find what we needed, and were perfectly alright with looking in the back for an item (we just needed a car cleaning brush). This location was clean and fairly organized in its setup of shelving.

Ive gone here for a number of years, they have quality products, and people that know the business well. NAPA is an excellent brand with a range of quality to choose from. Too bad though, the Machine Shop part of the business is closed.

This parts store personifies great service in a family atmosphere- too bad we cant have more retail places that this! Life is too de-personalized shopping online, getting junk and not being able to return it- I miss the one on one interaction of the old days- these guys got it down pat! Excellent auto parts store its been in Auburn forever... if they dont have it there Warehouse usually sends it to their shop the same day... not knocking OReilly or AutoZone but this is my part store of choice.

I have been going to this Napa for years. Todays visit was an encounter with a employee named Chase whom I have never seen before. He will treat you with errogance and a cocky. He has very poor Customer Service Skills. He will do it right on front of his Manager Crystal. She apologized but hope she does talk to him if she is not intimidated by him. He can come accros as intimidating. I am escalating this up to corporate. Just dont think ANYONE should experience such ill-mannered professionalism and ethics. Napa this should not be the experience your customers should experience!

All I hear is these guys know their stuff! What about the cute blonde working the counter there for the last twenty something years, she definitely knows her stuff!

Bought a battery jump box here. Almost, but not quite enough power to turn my 7.3L over for more than a second after fully charging the unit.Brought the battery jump box back to the store with receipt. Guy tells me they dont take electrical items back after being used.I asked to see a return policy, he didnt provide me one, just kept saying they wouldnt take it back. He claimed the 2000 amp unit was one of the largest out there. I just picked up a 4000 amp unit from Oreily.Would not recommend this place. Nothing in the napa return policy online says anything about not taking electrical items back.If anyone wants a new, in the box, battery jump box let me know.

I had my engine rebuilt at napa machine shop and I basically gave them $2300.00 for a blown engine I told them no holds bar for the build just make sure it was perfect I even gave a 100 tip before to get a little extra care. They started with I have a crack in my head after they diped and cleaned the original head and inspected and confirmed it was ok so 350 more then I had them put a performance cam In because it was only a four cylinder engine blew 3 1/2 months after pulled it apart no performance cam and 1 of the rods was upside down and of course put of the warranty time period dont waste your money with these crooks.

I can always find what I need at times .

I have came here for new u joints for my drivelines and never have I been so ill treated in my life, they treated me like an idiot. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless your working with Brock.

Its a nice store for the basics but they dont carry a lot of special parts. Its okay but it isnt always convenient so I dont go here often but the employees here are very knowledgeable.
