My son thought that he had a battery problem with his car. I called Chris at this Auburn Location and Chris told me to send my son over. I did and Chris was very helpful and confirmed with diagnostics that there was no problem with my sons car. I would highly recommend this Napa Auto Parts store!

Amazing experience! On a road trip and my battery died. Stopped here and they had me in and out quicker than a jiffy. The mechanics were kind, and personable, and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more! If you’re ever in a bind, just call Napa.

This is the only auto parts place in the Auburn/Opelika area that I want to deal with! The staff has helped me on a few occasions when neither no one else could nor know how to help.

Used to always find quality parts at NAPA stores, still go there for front-end or suspension components, but just about everything else Ive bought has been import/Chinese junk everyone else sells.

Were able to help me find a part for my boat that i did not expect them to have in the store or to even carry. Good service and friendly, knowledgeable people.

Bought 6 quarts of Valvoline 5-40w oil. hard to find that weight of oil full synthetic. Sale priced good thru Dec 31rst. $5 a QT.

Got a battery from them about 5 years ago. Service was ok at best at that time. Battery dies recently so I figure, ok it should have some sort of warranty on it still. I call to double check and they say it does and itll only be 80 dollars to get a new battery. Awesome right? Wrong. I get there and the guy (same guy who sold us the first battery) states it was the wrong initial battery so they cant keep the warranty on it and will have to buy a battery as if it was for the first time (an extra 40 dollars). So keep away from these guys unless you want incorrect parts and mediocre service at best

Need power steering fluid or coolant for you Audi or VW, these guys have it in stock . These guys are professionals unlike those AutoZone clowns just down the road from them .

I have found all the parts I needed.

My mass air flow sensor was down cause I got carried away, and I couldnt go any where in that car, I called in and they had the perfect replacement for it, they were nice and helpful and I got my car up and running again.

Not a large shelf inventory as you would find in Auto Zone...had what I needed, though...friendly service...has the feel of an old parts store!
