Came here to get the truck Ive been looking a long time for. Got a fair deal on a nice truck. They took care of a wheel issue while we waited and got us lunch. Shop is busy and seams to have good deals on truck performance gear. If I lived in the area I would be a regular customer, thanks Rick.

Cant say enough great things about Justin, Rick and team. We finally upgraded our shop truck in December 20 and we knew we needed a few upgrades. Justin and Rick were very patient as we needed to be educated on wheel offsets, lift kits, suspension, etc. Both Justin and Rick delivered on every promise they made and turned our shop truck into a head turner!!! Dropped by because I was a bit concerned about my front tires wearing faster than usual. Upon arriving I was greeted by Justin. He took his time to clearly explain the importance of having a routine for tire maintenance on lifted trucks in order to prolong their life. I had service from two other chain tire-&-wheel shops that evidently lacked the knowledge and experience to advise me on the importance of rotating my tires. As a former customer of theirs, NorCal still cares about providing great service to their customers even if it’s 5 years from the time of a truck purchase. Greatly appreciate their customer service and can’t wait to get my hands on another one of their sweet trucks in the future.

Do not buy your tires here. They will leave you high and dry if something goes wrong with them they won’t even help you even though you gave them your money for them.

Rick and Justin are the guys who will set you up. They have a bunch of gorgeous trucks at this location and will make sure you get the right set up. These guys are upfront and straight forward. BDS lifts are the best you can buy and they install at this location. I love the truck I bought from these guys. A smooth easy transaction. A++++++ Well done fellas.

Bought a new pickup in December, within 2 weeks had to swap out funky stock side steps. This is the place to go, excellent service and installation. The amp research electric steps are the best ever ! Wow is what the wife said, she loves them !!!

Great place to work with. They do incredible job of lift installs. They have the best products. They dont try to short sell you on something that wont be good for you. They stayed after to finish the job, and made sure everything was good to go, they even gave away a free T-Shirt. Great customer service and a pleasure doing business. Just waiting to see how well things hold up. I there were some minor scratches on the lift kit, that are going to need touch up paint or else rust will start soon, but those are the only negatives.

Look, I dont write reviews. But, after the experience I had recently at NorCal Motor Co. I wanted to save some other would be truck shopper the anguish and time I spent searching through all of the medias for a quality truck. I did spend a couple of months searching, then test driving, any one of a bunch of junk that is out there being offered for sale as a Quality Truck Build. B.S.But. these guys over at NorCal actually have a different approach. They do acquire and build a quality truck product. Rick assisted me in getting the truck that I really had been looking for The funny thing is all of the vehicles they offered for sale are actually quality builds. They use quality products designed for off road use..Not to mention they are offered for sale at a realistic figure with regards to the KBB for the vehicle.What a great place to buy a truck with really no pressure to buy the products speak for themselves.Props to you guys over at NorCal.Michael P.

I came to NorCal looking for new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I met with Rick and he spent time with me talking about what I was looking for and suggested the Nitto Ridge Grappler. It has been a great tire and I was very happy with the service and product. Later that same month, after a bad experience with a Jeep dealership in town, I decided to take my Jeep back to Rick in hopes of getting the same great service I got the first time and I was not disappointed. He came right out and took a look at the issue that the dealership couldn’t find and said he could get me right in and get it evaluated, now that’s good service. We talked about options on getting it fixed, the cost and time it would take to repair it. Rick was friendly, professional, and very easy to do business with. My repairs were done properly and I am again very happy with the service and work done. The shop was clean, organized and I would definitely recommend NorCal Motor Company.

Nice rides good service

I had been trying to buy new rims and tires for two months. I went most of the recommended tire stores here in Auburn with no luck or fallow through on theyre part. I walked into NorCal Motor Company and Mina kindly greeted me when I walked in and suggested I speak to Rick. I learned more in the 15 minutes he spoke to me than I have learned in two months of all the other bozos here in town! Thank you Mina and Rick! My rims and tires are ordered and I couldnt be happier!

Truck Buying Experience with Rick…. We are so grateful that our search for a Diesel Truck led us to Rick and Nor * Cal Motors, Auburn! From our first phone call to today, our experience with Rick and the Nor * Cal staff of professionals has exceeded our expectations. After looking at several trucks, it was so refreshing to meet Rick, he is straight forward, honest and a no pressure guy! We found the perfect Ford, F350 diesel for us. There were a few things that needed to be done to the truck so it was about a week before we could pick it up. It also happen to be my husband’s birthday, so during that week I got with Rick and had him install a Flip Back bed cover as a Birthday surprise. When we picked up the truck, Larry was going over everything with Rick and it took him a few minutes to realize there was a bed cover on the truck, when he discovered it, the look on his face was priceless. THANK YOU RICK, I cannot tell you how hard it is to surprise my husband! You not only did everything you told us you would do, but you did some additional things to the truck! The Birthday Surprise was excellent…. It’s been a couple months now, we love the truck, it pulls our 32’, 5th wheel very nicely and now Larry can unhook and leave the hitch in the bed, he can pull the bed cover over it and you don’t even know the hitch is there. With our old truck he had to remove the hitch each time and it was a lot of extra work. We cannot say enough good things about Rick and the Nor * Cal, Auburn staff. They just tinted the windows in my car and they look great! If you are looking for a professional, hassle free experience that delivers a high quality product then you have found it….
