I brought my Porsche in for a check engine light issue. They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed the same day at a reasonable price. The staff was also very friendly and updates and service reminders were sent before and during the visit.

I cant say enough about Auburn Euro Motors! Our van broke down outside of Downeyville and we were left stranded overnight by AAA. We are from Santa Cruz and were trying to figure out the best strategy to get home and to get our van fixed.We were towed into Auburn to Euro Motors after a fortunate recommendation by a local tow truck driver. From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated with kindness and compassion. We were brought to Starbucks (they did have coffee but we wanted a snack too) while they performed a diagnostic check. We were overwhelmed with trying to figure out our situation to leave our van and get home since no rental cars or U-hauls were available due to Covid.Euro Motors called to say our alternator had gone out and that a spot had opened up on the rack and they could get the part and fix it that same day! I felt they were as happy to see our relief as we were relieved! We were then given a loaner car and were able to spend a joyful day playing on the Yuba River until our car was finished (oh and we asked if they would be able to do some other maintenance for us, which they squeezed in).Our van has been running perfectly ever since!Thank you thank you!!In the words of Euro Motors (Rochelle?? I had a wonderful exeperience at Euro Motors. They inspected my 2001 E320 and did an excellent job replacing my brake pads and rotors, as well as replacing my transmission bushings, and were very helpful in providing a detailed list of things that need to be replaced as well as other things that may need to be repaired in the future. Excellent service, reasonable price for BMW.Did condition-based service including oil/filter change and brake fluid flush/leveling. Authorized over phone other needed work on A/C system maintenance and coolant change.On time completion same day, courteous service over phone and in person at shop.Only hiccup was the next day coolant level indicator was low, but they fixed it immediately when I stopped at shop (said an air bubble probably had given false full reading) - all is good now).Definitely will continue to use Euro Motors again.

Euro Motors did an amazing job fixing my Subaru Crosstrek. They went above and beyond to see that my car left in perfect condition. I had a problem with the car a few weeks later and they took it under their responsibility to fix the problem free of cost. They saw that everything was repaired in a thorough and timely manor. We have used Euro Motors for about 3 years for service on my used Sprinter van with the Mercedes chassis, and diesel engine. They have done simple oil changes, fixed the supercharger, suspension problems and corrected many other issues. If you own a Mercedes or other German vehicle, they are well made, but in my experience, you will need a good mechanic to keep it running as intended. Euro Motors can do the for you. They are helpful, nice and professional. Very pleased.Recently added solar panel, lithium batteries and all needed additional equipment to make it work and monitor usage. Not inexpensive but professionally done at a reasonable price. Very pleased. Update-added LED lights to the rig and other improvements along with regular service. Again, very pleased with the work and dealing with all the people there.Couple years later with continual service and assistance, feel just as strongly that this is a well run, quality driven shop whose employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Auburn Euro Motors is wonderful business to use. They have a great web app that keeps you apprised of what is happening with your car. Also the loaner cars are clean.

Not sure about this place, 2.5 star-right in the middle. They did do a front brake job for a decent amount less than the dealer that Im happy with. Then again, they suggested work Im not really sure about. I did have the tire balance checked, as they suggested, at tire store that sold them to me. The tires were out of balance.But, I was just at the dealer the week before for something else. They pointed out the brake issue in front. (Hence me going for a lesser price.) They said rear were ok, but Euro thought otherwise.I may give them another shot and go back, I may not. Unclear at this point.

I have three German vehicles (VW, Audi and a Porsche) and these are the only people I let work on them. The VW is my wifes daily driver and it is used for most long distant trips (30-40 mpg). The Audi Quattro is my daily driver and is our go to vehicle in the snow. And the Porsche is something I track and knowing that I can trust my mechanic is critical when entering a curve at over a 100 mph.

Nice clean and thorough shop. Extremely friendly and conscientious staff. I would recommend Euro Motors in a heartbeat!I went in for an oil change and a transmission flush. The latter because it was recommended that it should be done in the near future. Euro Motors is always clear about what needs to be done now, and what can wait until later. I like that! And when I asked about the deterioration of some plastic component on the outside of my car, they verified it was purely cosmetic and I did not need to do anything about it if I didnt want to spend the money. Their honesty comes across loud and clear! And I rely on that!

I have been taking my BMW Z4 in for service since 2008. I have checked other repair services and have found none to equal Euro Motors quality of service and attention to detail. I always leave their shop feeling as if I have received value for my money paid. I stop by when necessary between service intervals and always receive courteous attention to my needs, be it topping off my oil or advising me that I dont need anything but water for my low coolant light. I trust their assessment of the needs of my car, and have never felt that unnecessary repairs were added to my service invoice.

I love this place! Totally professional and super-competent from front-desk to follow-up - like veterinarians for vehicles. The shop is about as clean as a clinic too. Recommended to me by Volz Bros., who do not work on Japanese cars and whom I called because my own great local (Nevada City/Grass Valley) Toyota mechanic (Art Petersen) does not do Infinitis. Theyve been taking excellent care of my Toyota Tundra and 4Runner and my Infiniti Q for 6-7 years now. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else, even though I have to drive nearly an hour to get there. Theyve got a lovely Mercedes diesel loaner you can use too if you need it. All sanitized between clients usage. Honest, intelligent, highly competent, professionals.
