So after three returns to try to get my vehicle fixed they still have not done it. Im pretty sure that the alignment didnt even get checked and they were just checking on the noise even though my car going to the left was my main complaint. Dont go here for service. theyre short-handed the service writers they have dont know what theyre doing they charged me over $100 more than my initial estimate. And Ive had nothing but problems. I came back after they installed my upper and lower control arm on the driver side and the guy actually told me with a straight face oh Im sorry we forgot to tighten the bolts all the way. Thats why you were hearing that metal on metal sound.
