We broke down while on vacation and had to get towed. The repair shop that the tow truck company took us to was able to diagnose the problem but not fix it. After looking around online and finding the excellent reviews and talking to Darren, He told us they are busy as well but would try to look at it before we had to drive back home. Excellent service not only was able to get us back up and running but fix our Ford F-250 Truck and correct what could have been a server problem as well. We can say enough Great things about the service, quality Ford Parts and excellent repairs.

After driving all over Sacramento trying to find a Independent Ford Specialist I found Quality AutoMotive in Auburn, it was over an hour drive but definitely worth my time. Darren was very helpful and was able to assure me they’d be able to fix the issue on my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and professional. Even on a busy day and tight schedule Darren was able to have my vehicle diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours. The owner was one of the nicest guys I ever met! I had an issue with my mustang I needed done same day and he helped me same day even tho the shop wasn’t technically open that day! 100% recommend this business!

These guys are hands down the most professional, honest and friendly mechanic shop I have ever gone to. They are so good even one of local shops recommended them for any diesel needs, but I ended servicing and repairing all my other gas cars their as well.
