This being the first time ever deviating from my auto dealership and using an alternate source for my B Service maintenance plus replacing all 4 tires (with new ones that should have been cleaned and dressed) but in spite of that, I am surprising pleased with the results. Both Korey and Jarred went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend of you that are driving Mercedes to consider using their services.

These guys were able to get me in same day I called within 15 minutes they then did a wheel alignment and locked my steering wheel in place. I’ve taken my vehicle to a total of three different shops without success. They were able to do it. Plus they threw in some free stuff from the lobby that I showed interest in. Lastly, they were able to not only match, but offer more work on a quote. Check this place out. I will definitely go back!

This was my first visit and I was impressed with everything about this place. It was immaculate from the bays where the mechanics work to where you go to check in. I waited for 3 hours, which was the time I was told it would be. Everyone that came in or called was treated with excellent customer service. I will definitely be a return customer. Jared was incredibly friendly and solved every issue I had. My truck came in off a tow with no tires, no battery, and a ton of electrical work needed to be done. They diagnosed everything, got it done in a timely manner, and for the things I havent fixed yet, I will come back to them.

Great! Easy set up appointment by phone or online. Every time I’ve taken my truck in, issue is taken care of quickly and correctly. While in shop for electrical issue and oil change I needed front and rear glass replaced. Jarrod called glass company for me and made all the arrangements! My insurance company emailed me to confirm... That’s all I had to do! I even paid my deductible directly to Regal! Most recent visit had difficult issues with heating and cooling system on my F-150... Guys communicated every step in the process, what it would cost ETC... Customer service guy up front, Jarrod, really good guy, easy to work with. Owner of the shop, Kyle works in the shop daily. Obviously cares about his customers! If you find a good local shop, stick with em! I will!!

The service that I received from this company was top notch. I came in looking for ideas to give new life to a 1991 4runner. The pros at this shop gave me some ideas and helped me visualize what the rig would look like. The technicians then took care of the job, and kept me updated with the progress. I am enjoying the final product, and cant wait for the next upgrade.

Everytime I got in I feel like family coming home. While the work may be on the more pricy side than I would like, I do think you do get what you pay for.

Brought my 4Runner down to Korey, Jon, and Jared due to the motor overheating on my way to work. Blown head gasket. They rebuilt the motor for me in a couple days with a few upgrades along the way. Awesome service and awesome team. Very straight forward and they don’t blow smoke like a lot of shops do. Highly recommend for tires wheels and general maintenance.

Very nice experience. This was our first time using Tire Pros here in Washington. It was time to rotate our new Continentals that we purchased at a Tire Pros in Georgia. Because of the road conditions here, I asked them to check the alignment, too. Not only were all four wheels needing balancing, the alignment was out as well.Everything is back to standards and we will be coming back every three months to have everything checked to make sure it stays that way.

I put my car in for a diagnostic and was charged for 180. They told me he was a ac compressor that is bad. That not even the right thing, they were going to charge me another 2.5k just to get it replace good thing I say no because it turn out my car miss fire because of an ignition coil.

My car unexpectedly shut down during my drive home from work on Friday evening. I had to get it towed to my house due to it being after-hours at every local car place. First thing Saturday morning, I gave Regal Auto Care a call (shoutout to AAA for the recommendation!) inquiring about the possibility of having my vehicle towed to them. Around 10am, the tow truck came. My car was back in my driveway by 5:30pm that same day! What more do I even have to say? Regal Auto Care was patient, professional, kind, and fixed the issue(s) expeditiously! I was blown away by the customer service, update phone calls throughout the day, and just an overall great experience. You can tell that these people love what they do. I will always be grateful.

I drive a 20 year old mustang that has some neglected maintenance, I heard about this shop on Facebook and decided to take it in for an inspection just to see what all exactly needed work. They did a thorough inspection of all components, gave me a fair quote on the suspension and steering work that the car needs along with some other regular maintenance items. I am a newer automotive technician myself and can do some things on my car, but like to have a second opinion on things so Im not just guessing. I definitely needed new front tires and decided to get those right away and the rest fixed later when my schedule allowed. I chose to have new tires installed first and they told me at around 1pm theyd be done by 4:45pm. I didnt have a ride so decided Id just wait, but their service writer Jared saw me waiting and was able to get the work finished up much quicker than expected so I could be on my way. They even put the two new tires on the rear for me, where they should be, without even asking for a rotation!Awesome service, attention to detail, and they only recommend what you need! I like that they take pictures of everything they inspect and send the results to your phone so you dont have to just take their word for it, they show you directly what needs attention.

First time customer at Regal Auto Care Tire Pros - as I was referred by a friend. Korey, the owner/operator, was very knowledgeable and approachable, and guided me to exactly the product I wanted, making the dizzying process of selecting the right tire a breeze. I ended up with General ATX tires on TRD Pro matte black rims for my 2020 Tacoma. Couldnt be happier with how it turned out and I definitely will be back for tires and all mechanical needs in the future. Supporting a local business is a plus too.

I needed to have a tire repaired, but it resulted in the need for a new tire. But I know better than to buy just one, even two, so I just bought a whole set, so the wear pattern stayed the same. I did call ahead, and my car was taken in quickly. I am lucky there were tires available. I did find out the shop was full service, and have been spreading the word. I didnt know this shop existed until referred at work. I hear the owner is great, but the employees were beyond helpful and quick. Thanks guys!!!

I drove to an off-road 4x4 shop near Regal and got a quote to have a bumper, wench, air intake and 3in lift done to my Toyota Tundra. While driving home I saw regal and stopped by to see their pricing. Korey gave me such great service and attention I decided to have them do it even if it was a bit more expensive. Much like some of the reviews here. Once they have your money, the service disappears! They had my truck for 5 days! I would have to call and find out how it was coming along. I finally show up and the bumper didn’t have the fog lights put in. They tell me they don’t install that. (The other shop had it included in price) I was like fine, I took the truck. I drove 1 mile and found it would rattle. I brought the truck back and was told to bring it in another day so they could check it out. I then brought it in a second time. A few lose pieces of the air intake were missing screws so they fix that. I then drove off again. The rattle persisted. At this point I would think for customer service they would Uber me home and work on the truck or pick up the truck. I missed lots of work time and personal time and they didn’t care. I decided before a write a bad review I’d see what effort Korey and his staff would do to resolve the issue. I drove back again, after waiting 4 hours in the waiting room they found the rattle issue. They claim a STEEL bumper with a few scratches on it cause a corner to rub against the side panel. I asked if they could slide the bumper over since it was installed uneventful and has a gap on the driver side but not on passenger side.That should solve the problem.Jared advised me they couldn’t fix it. I still hope they will try to make things right. My next step will be the better business bureau if I don’t hear from them soon.
