I have brought my motorhome in for routine services/new tires etc and have been pleased with the quality and value. Recently, prior to an extended trip, I needed new electronic steps installed on my coach. With new parts scarce and a short timeline, Jim, (service manager) went above and beyond to locate new steps and have them installed! Thank You Jim and the staff at Repair Plus!

Well at first when I broke down on I90 west spoke with Johnny before getting collected by a tow truck everything was looking good as they agreed to have a look at the van the next morning.Staff got to work and after 2 hours van was outside running which was a good sign.Paid I was gone 8 hours later same issue van doesn’t start called to speak with Johnny doesn’t feel interested to return my calls nothing I’m guessing you only get a blanket fix as long as you leave there yard and break down again there not interested.

Brought my truck in for a plow swap. After the work was complete they told me it would not convert to the new truck, therefore charging me $280 for unnecessary work. Went in to see the owner, who said he would look into it. Went in three weeks later since he couldnt be bothered to call me back. All he could do was complain about constantly having to fix his staffs mistakes. Instead of taking care of my problem, he made up excuse after excuse, and then went on to blame me for their incompetence. I was a customer for ten years, but was will never go back after the dismissive and condescending attitude I received. I will be taking my trucks to a shop with integrity that will actually stand by their work from now on.

Purchased a used snowplow with the option for the stop to install or take it home and install myself. I was sold all the pieces (including a new mount) that I needed to make this work, so I took it home and installed myself. Was told that the old mount I could toss out as it would not be needed. Found out the truck side mount was incorrect and too new for the plow. When I called to see what options we could work out I was told I was on my own as I decided to install it myself. The place really seemed to be friendly and I felt I could trust them to make it right with me, but they basically told me too bad. Really disappointing that the purchasing experience was great, but they were unwilling to help in the end. They messed up and did not realize the plow needed an older style mount.

The owner & his family have always been very helpful & great to deal with when I needed plow parts.

Travelling across the country in an RV. Thought we were loosing a wheel bearing. They pulled us right in! Come to find out one on the inside tires were flat. TJ did an excellent job and was very thorough. Everyone at this shop was kind and very helpful. They even said we are welcome to overnight if we come back through! Best automotive experience hands down.

This place is great. They repair RVs, tractor trailers. The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. We thought their rates were awesome.

This is the best shop in NY state that you could possibly have work done and the most knowledgeable personal ( TJ & Ken). They also have the very best for concrete pump trucks and related services hands down.

Very friendly on the phone not so much in person.They acted like they did not want to deal with me.Diagnosed my trucks problem as one thing after changing that part and it did not fix my issue they charged me a huge amount for what they did and did not show any interest in helping me any further.I was told by a couple people to steer clear because they were very expensive but I was also refered there by somebody praising them.To say the least im not impressed and will never take anything there again.
