Well they have this convenient button when they are short handed. However they just ignore it and keep working. I waited 7 minutes for someone to check me out.

Loads and Loads of Fabrics everything you could possibly need for sewing. And a ton of Decorative items along with creative projects. I love this store youd be surprised at all the fun items you can find. They also have picture framing there. Hadicapped parking bathrooms isle are wide enough to get through with walker or wheelchair. All the employees have always been helpful and very nice. Yes I do go there again and again. Being a friend or children to find something fun.

It was difficult to choose a rating because the store, the products and the AMAZING deals they have will always keep me coming back but the tall blonde woman (not sure how old she was, looked in her 30s but acted like she was 13) working the register almost made me never want to go back. I ended up letting someone go in front of me because I had a lot more items but he ended up being on a budget and picking through the maybe 7 items he had to find a price he could afford and she made the process MUCH more difficult than it had to be and complained the entire time and had a bad attitude. Then it was my turn and she did the same thing but I had many more items and at the end she blamed me for her not scanning an item that I just a second ago told her I wanted added and held it up to her but she put it back on the counter. She even gave a big frustrated sigh. Also, one of the items wasnt scanning and she became extremely frustrated and overwhelmed but just did not know how to handle the situation. I reached for the item and said thats OK Ill go grab a different one but she pulled it away from me and said no.... Ill just have to go get a different one with a better bar code. I almost laughed because she just repeated exactly what I said as the solution to our predicament. If she is working the next time I go in there I will leave and go back a different time.

Be careful when buying fabric from here. Apparently they dont understand that standard units of measure are ... standard. Its sort of the whole foundation of modern science and engineering, but they told my mother that since different people measure differently, they wont reimburse her for the fabric that was all an inch short. I would go somewhere else, but there arent many options for fabric now adays. Time to try out some online sources I guess.

People were nice. This branch is closing. Social distancing was not well observed though good efforts were made by the store. Not enough employees for the limited number of people in the store. The wait to cut was extremely long. The wait to check out was long.

Very nicely lit store, very clean. Nicely organized selection of fabrics, decent amount of yarn, but not very much general craft supplies. They have nice employees. An okay amount of fabric paint. If you need something specific, I would go elsewhere, but its a fun little trip.

Very helpful. Personnel know the store products, no guessing. Go out of their way to be sure customer receives any/all discounts available even if customer is unaware of discounts. Fair pricing and a fun store. I am not artsy crafty at all but even I enjoy shopping there I actually did a jewelry creation!

Those ladies helped me so much!I went in looking for some material to make a Green screen for my YouTube channel, I dont have tons of money to throw down for a proper green screen. When i explained what I needed, the ladies of the store knew what I needed.Guys, they have cool stuff to make for your woman!!! There are things to make gifts and they can help you with ideas and stuff

Was super busy, and they were shorthanded. The gal helping us was having to help a few others, but she was friendly and awesome. She helped us figure out all of how to make it work.

This Joann store isnt the biggest store in the area but it had what I needed. It is clean, bright and the sales people are great. If you need fabric or yarn this store will work. For all the other crafts, they dont have as much.They have current holiday decor and it is on sale.

They have most basic items but overall pretty limited on crafting supplies. If youre looking for something specific probably best to call first.

Just needed some safety pins found them quickly service was nice polite and fast we go here to get many different crafty things

Finally able to get the fabric I have been looking for all weekend! Definitely paid off to drive around and search online. Very friendly staff and now I know where to look when the store near me isnt stocked with what I want.

I just love Jo-Ann Fabrics. this one here is so country like and it is such an enjoyment to shop there and the employees are amazing and fantastic! Oh and we dont want to forget how helpful they are either!

While there, we had needed help a few times. The help wasnt the worst, but not the best. There is a good selection of materials too, that matches the size of the customer base and town theyre in.

I love that they offer classes to help you learn new crafts, and the location. My issues are that they dont have much in the way of coupons that apply to the whole purchase ... Theyre always for just 1 item at a time & Ive been able to find better deals for a lot of the same stuff elsewhere. Also, this location is tiny and doesnt have much of anything aside from the seasonal, scrapbooking & sewing materials sections.

This store is in a convenient area for me, beats going all the way to Federal Way. Just wish it was bigger and well stocked

My son needed sewing supplies and fabric for a school project in his class. We have zero idea about such things... We called the store. Asked if they could help us out. And they did in a huge way! Great store. Awesome employees. Good feel and vibe. Outstanding customer service. Love the old school feel to a personable store. With knowledgeable, caring, and happy employees. Amazon has nothing on this particular joann fabric store. Wondeful experience. We will return for sure. :-)

This is a small store with a lot of options for fabric but not many for needlework. For example: the store doesnt even carry embroidery/ cross stitch needles!

Employees here normally get bothered when asked for assistance, as if everyone walking into the store is familiar with the product placements or layout. If you are asked where a product is located, simply refer the customer to where it could be or is actually located instead of growling or continuing to stock the isles while speaking through your teeth.Its customer service, not customer bother. Id prefer if the job went to someone who is recovering from a reckless lifestyle and wants to work, then to an entitled, miserable individual who hates their job.

The store is smaller than other stores but its clean with friendly & knowledgeable staff. I would drive the extra miles to purchase from this store.

I like that there are sales and coupons that can be used, which helps to cut the cost of projects down. However, not all stores are created equal, they are varied in size and stock. I live in a city with only 1 store, but when I go to visit my mom she has several in her area.

This Joanns store is very small and the selection reflects that. It is worth it to drive to a larger location with more selection.

Love the women that work here, always there to help. I wish they had more styles of fleece though.

I have always had a good experience here. They have a little bit more limited options in some departments unlike their other store in federal way but the staff is always pleasant and very helpful.

JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts: I went there on a mission: I was looking for those extenders for pants? The ones that make them a size or two bigger? Yeah, Joes put on a few pounds...had to LIE DOWN on the bed to get his pants fastened (lol)! So I decided to get him some there, but they didnt HAVE any! I ended up ordering them from Amazon! THEY HAD EM! Amazon has EVERYTHING!

I love Joann Fabric as a co. But this location is tiny and does not carry everything like the large stores around the sound. Nice workers though which are helpful.

Fairly small and their selection is limited if you are looking for general crafts or materials for a school project. But they are conveniently located with a helpful staff!

Came to store and waited for them to open at 10:00am. Lady came to door at 10 and said she can’t open store for 15-30 minutes until another employee gets there. WTF!

Staff is friendly, store is clean. The prices have all recently gone up, at least in the beading and jewelry making supplies. They are also selling a different brand now and I dont believe the quality is as good.

It is always deathly silent in this JoAnns, which makes for an odd shopping experience (no music or pre-recordings over a PA). The staff is also a little off... Sometimes incredibly rude, sometimes cordial but not friendly... They dont seem very knowledgeable either, whether its product location or particular crafts in general. I thought it was great having one near me until I realized Ive ALWAYS had to go to another store if Im looking for something specific (ie: tempera paint... What??! What craft store doesnt have tempera paint?!). Meh. After my JoAnns experiences, Im a hobby lobby kinda girl all the way...
