This place is run by a stand up gentleman. He has an honest conversation to set expectations and gives a quote before beginning work. He finished ahead of schedule. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Dropped my bike off for a brake and shifter adjustment today. Steve was very helpful in explaining what he recommends and his process. I installed a few things wrong on my bike. He did not make me feel stupid but was very gracious and helpful. The pricing was affordable, my bike rides great, and I defiantly recommend this shop.

A knowledgeable gentleman was at work when I pulled from G street into a yard of a fine old Auburn home, and through to the shop out back. There prices he gave me on a tube was 4 bucks less than I was quoted from one of Rentons fine shops. Had to buy a t-shirt. My Schwinn rolls true now. In fact I came in for a tuneup on my bike and instead of charging me for one he found the only issue he could see and took care of it for a super reasonable price. Cant recommend this shop enough. Im truly sorry I havent written a review before now! I purchased a bike several weeks ago which required expert assembly. Well, the owner of this business is truly an EXPERT! He assembled my bike for a very good price, and even went as far as to touch up a scrape on the frame which occurred during shipment. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone looking for a very dependable bike mechanic at a good price!

The gentleman who runs this shop is spot-on as far as Covid-19 safety goes, first off! Let me state that loudly and clearly!I had gone down there with questions about my trike (without my trike, though, as Im in NOWHERE good enough shape to ride down the HUGE hill...well, riding DOWN it wasnt the problem-it was the RIDING UP the hill that I had the issue with). Not only was he able to help me WITHOUT my trike being there, but he was really polite AND knowledgeable about my situation. (My BRAKES had failed! Fortunately, I have a nephew thats GOOD at fixing these sort of things!)

Excellent customer service and communication! Quick turnaround from when I dropped my bike off, to the derailleur being fixed. Also tightened my brakes. Would definitely recommend!

They are Super friendly, and are quite knowledgeable. I stopped by to pick up a sprocket removal tool, and walked out with the tool, and some new knowledge about my bike. The shop is small, and run out of their home, but dont let that fool you. They do fantastic work!

I bought a used bicycle and brought it to Guy Town Bikes to give it a tune up and check a couple of other things. Wow, is all I can say. Bike was tuned up same day and he showed me some of the things on my bike that I just couldnt figure out how to work. Reasonably priced too.

Purchased a used bike and took it Steve. He tuned it up in no time and had me and my girl on the trails. We loved the experience and service he provided. We felt lucky to have him. Thanks Steve.

Fantastic service. Friday afternoon at 5:30, I had a flat that needed repaired. Called in and was told that I could have it fixed up and good to go within 20 minutes. Showed up, received friendly, and excellent customer service. Was willing to demonstrate the procedure of replacing the flat and even offered tips. Will be my go-to cycling shop for the future.

Walked in off the street with a flat tire on my nephews little Huffy, walked out 10 minutes later all fixed up for under $15. My nephew was super stoked to look at all the cool old bikes in the garage and even got a sticker he put on his helmet :)

Im very happy I found this locally owned bike shop. The owner is extremely polite and helpful. His prices are very fair and he doesnt take any where near the time places like REI does. I dont care if I had to travel 30 minutes, Id bring all my bikes to Guy Town Bikes.
