After talking with the owner I was happily surprised with the laid back feel, and they were able to answer all my questions knowledgeably and clearly.Ive known the manager for years. He is meticulous and takes great pride in his work. A perfectionist when it comes to tune ups, no matter what brand or age of bike you bring him. He has an eye and appreciation for the finer details.Catch up with him at Chewacla, the local mountain bike park where he can be found riding the trails with his friends or family, and sometimes hosting a bike demo for fun in his spare time.

Ben and the rest of the staff are fantastic! Trek of Auburn is a pillar of our cycling community outreach through NICA sponsorship as well as several other causes. They are my trusted “go to” for anything bike related. We have other local shops, but they do not provide he same genuine concern for making a customer feel comfortable and appreciated. Excellent service, very competent, and super easy to deal with.A couple of months ago I drove the five-hour round trip adventure to Trek Bicycle Auburn with a friend who was purchasing a bike that they had on hand. After talking with Ben, the manager, I was pretty impressed with the business and the level of knowledge and technical skills the staff demonstrated. I was impressed enough that I returned last week with my Canyon for a much needed tune up and preventative maintenance. JT and James took a lot of time with me to ensure that they fully understood what I wanted while simultaneously inputting their maintenance advice to absolutely ensure that my servicing plan was exactly what I needed. I valued their advice because as part of my service I wanted new cables, chain, front disk brake (slight warp), and new wheel bearings. They agreed with the cables and chain but went out of their way to straighten the disk brake and clean, inspect, and re-grease the bearings, which of course wound up being a much greater value for the money, at least on my side of the deal. I have around 100 miles on the service and the replacement parts and the service adjustments and tuning are perfect. These small things combined with the quality of the final product earn Trek Bicycles of Auburn a great deal of trust from me, which in turn ensures that I will make that tedious drive every time I need service for my bike. Additionally, for new bike purchases and bike accessory needs the store has many bikes on hand and nearly every accessory that one should want or need. Thanks Team!

Great bike store. Knowledgeable staff.

During an exceptionally busy time, the staff was friendly and communicated clearly. I had attached fenders to my road bike, but was having trouble with adjusting them so they wouldnt rub. They told me that fenders on road bikes could be finicky and didnt make me feel incompetent. The adjustment was complete within a couple hours. Another great experience!

I visited this store on a Saturday afternoon. The service was great, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately they did not have a gravel bike in the store to fit my 53 self, but found one in another store that they could bring over Tuesday or Wednesday; they took my name and number. The next weekend I called for a status check. They had overlooked getting the bike in for me, but the very friendly guy who answered the phone said he would check with the warehouse on availability and call me back in about five minutes. Its been four weeks so its apparent they arent interested in my business. Its a shame, I am eager to buy a quality gravel bike and no one else in town has any in stock. Very disappointed.

These friendly folks did a fine job tuning up my bike; rides like new, looks great. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The folks at Trek bicycle have gone out of their way to help me. I got lessons in using an E bike and a house call on the bike got stuck in my SUV! I was referred to their store in Columbus to meet the needs of my road bike.I was turned on to a trainer for the bike and bypassed the high cost of a peloton. Nice people!

Tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t actually need yet. I was quoted $240 to get my bike rideable so I went to James Bro’s Bikes and got it done for $14.

Last Minute, day before the big Bo Bikes Bama event my crank fell off due to my mistake. I called up Rick & Ben, and they yanked one off a showroom bike and delivered to me so I could ride the next day! Talk about service... these guys go over and beyond to take care of their customers.
