If I can rate them a zero; I would. The owner and staff pride themselves in not telling the truth and being disorganized. In my opinion …..stay away and find another company!!!!!!!!!

We have used american lock and key twice...they have always been helpful and if the problem is simple are if there is a cheaper way they well tell you...I wish all places where as good.

After 30 years of business relationship I was insulted and very disappointed. The last job was not completed, yet after a long doing business with them I went back only to be insulted. They didnt have the nerve to say it to my face! I own a business too! And have sent customers to them< NO MORE. My suggestion is stay away from them and find somebody better, I know I am.

Great place to get a key. Setup fee though is quite high. Had to have 2 keys made. Keys were like $2.29 each, but setup fee was like $18.00. Bunch of bull in my opinion. Ended up paying $27.00 just to get 2 keys made. Was in store approximately 15 mins. Highway robbery we used to call it.
