This service apt was to be a complete diesel oil change, rotate tires, fill all fluids and to check why wipers would not shut off. Apt was for 1030. They did rotate my tires. Oil change, they did not put enough oil back into my truck I had to add another quart to get it back to the fill mark. My fluids were not filled up. My husband did have them fill the windshield fluid because he caught that before he left but when he got home I checked the diesel exhaust fluid and that was below half full. There is no sticker on the windshield to tell me when my next service is due. Wipers staying on I had to replace some switch that cost me over $200.00. Now this truck is a 2018. With 25374 miles on it. The wiper switch shouldnt have gone already. I have bummer to bummer coverage to 100,000 miles I do believe on this truck but everyone is saying I do not and my truck is out of warranty. I had to get my husband out of there so I told them to fix it and he paid for it. He finally left around 100 is. I tried to call Rob Robertson the service manager, but due to it being noon I figure well maybe he was at lunch so I left him a voice message for him to call me back. Here apt was Friday October 22, 2021 and here its Tuesday October 26,2021 and no one has called me back yet. I will always by fords but the service at Rowe is headed down hill bad. You need new people in there. People that will go out in the bays and double check work orders and make sure their employees are doing things right.

Rowe was one of the few dealerships that had a truck with the features I was looking for on the lot.. I spoke to the salesman Korey on the phone and had a good deal laid out before stopping by the dealership. Once I stopped in it was a quick easy process and I was in and out faster then any other time I bought a car.

Checked on my way to appt to make sure the CPO truck was available and had no damage. Sales Mgr, Steve deflected the damage question by saying it was the nicest looking used truck on the lot. Hour and a half drive later I show up to a truck with a 10inch crease on one side and it reeked like cigarette smoke. Their response was People do things to these used trucks and I pulled the truck up myself and didnt smell anything. Then they tried to pressure me by saying they had an appt for it the next day. I told them they are not going to sell it because people expect CPO to be like new, and not reek like smoke. They raised the price on the truck the following night by $2K, because obviously the next person passed on it and they needed to give themselves some negotiation headroom. SHADY!!!You can see even after their response, that my 2.5 hours of drive time was not worth the 5 minutes it takes to physically check the condition of the vehicle. I made an appt. and the salesman still spent more time with a walk-in customer than he did with me.
Long wait in the parts room and no one will answer the phone i understand the staffing more than anyone and i do not think less of the staff you have

I am so happy with the car-buying experience I had at Rowe Auburn! The sales and finance staff were polite, professional and courteous, they listened to me and treated me with dignity and respect. I have shopped around at other dealerships and was unimpressed with the stressful sales environment. At Rowe I was in the driver’s seat. I told them exactly what I wanted and they went to work to make my dream reality. The salesperson I dealt with primarily, Daniel Merrill, was very knowledgeable and at the same time he was really relaxed and down-to-earth. He helped me get top dollar for my trade (when I had already decided a trade would not be worth it), he created a low-pressure sales environment, he even sat with me while I waited for the finance team to draw up documentation. After the final sale I drove home and back to drop the title to my old vehicle. Dan came back out to help me set up the phone link to my new Tiguan. When he saw I did not have the right cable adapter he drove with me to Wal-Mart and purchased the cable for me, and set up the link! I strongly recommend going to Rowe if you are in the market for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.
Nick called me to let me know what was wrong with my car. We thought it needed a new battery but it was the alternator . It was going to cost around 1000.00 but Nick said hed try to cut it down so it wouldnt be so high. Not many places would say or do that. While there they check to see if anything would stop it from getting an inspection which is well appreciated.

Dan Merrill was such a huge help. We really liked a van that was in Westbrook. He was able to get the van up to Auburn for us to view. We fell in love with it. The whole process was made easy and you could see that everyone truly cared. On top of everything, ALL of the employees were great with my youngest. Bringing a 3 year-old to a dealership can feel daunting so that everyone was kind to him helped tremendously.

On multiple occasions I have experienced poor service at the Auburn Rowe Ford location. They lack Customer Service skills. If an error occurs on their end they don’t take accountability, they make you as the Customer feel you are in the wrong. Completing a survey does no good, they don’t respond. The only good that has come from here is my truck, otherwise I would discourage folks from coming here!

Me being someone who doesnt know anything about vehicles, and didnt even know what car i wanted to purchase, he listened to my needs, showed me different options and was able to check off all my boxes. Hats off to our salesperson, Gary Goodman. We did our research online, picked out the vehicle we would like to lease, and applied for the financing and got an approval online within minutes. No hassles at all, and we saved a ton of time we would have normally spent at the dealership. Gary had the car all cleaned and ready to go upon our scheduled time to sign paperwork. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 30-minutes! Great overall experience and a very knowledgeable salesperson. It was very good. Our salesman Dan Verrill was great not once did he pressure us.When we arrived to find out our options on leasing another vehicle he said I got something you will really like. He was right. The only one we test drove and is now in my yard.The only thing I didnt like is the finalizing it takes so long. This is my 3rd Ford Escape so I guess its obvious I am satisfied.
Though there were a number of customers there along with employees, social distancing was not a problem. Showroom is large, and only a couple of cars on display inside. Sales all very friendly and wore masks. Met with Andre Lester and Dan Merrill regarding a Kia which I had been told would be coming to the lot first part of April. (This model is hard to come by). They worked with me to get to a point where I was comfortable with the price, and gave them a deposit. They answered all my questions, and now looking forward to seeing them again when the car is in and ready!

Absolutely no satisfaction from the service department. Purchased car as a certified used vehicle from Rowe. In recent rainstorms water was pouring through the control panel for the overhead lights and sunroof. This happened once before shortly after purchase. It took a salesperson less than 5 minutes to fix. Was told to just bring it back if it happened again. This time was told that they wouldn’t look without an appointment and they are really busy now. Last time, with an appointment, it took 2.5 hours to get an inspection. In the meantime more rain is in the forecast.Ointment

I saw vehicle thru pics did credit app over phone and sent doc needed thru emails and when approved discussed offer. Showed up at appointed time and vehicle was clean shiny and ready for test drive. After discussing offer went to Finance and was on the road total time less than 90 minutes. Awesome highly recommend.

Theyre not to bad most of the time it takes an hour so plan on that. It does seem some of the time they find something else wrong and its not cheap. Wanted to add I wish it was easier to use the rewards program. I have the scan card but you can no longer use it you have to use the Ford app.

Had a quote via email for oil and filter only for $39.14. He wanted to charge me over $67.00. He insisted that I show him the email from Rowe stating the $39.14.

Was great until you went up on the prices $69 for oil change I can get it done way cheaper elsewhere and not have to wait an hour or more with an appointment sorry will not go back again unless price goes down free tire rotation doesnt matter to me.

Rowe recently serviced my vehicle. When performing routine maintenance they found a wire had been chewed on and didn’t charge me to replace the part. They were very through with my vehicle and were up front with me about what they had to do for repairs and maintenance of my car. I will continue to bring my Ford Escape to Rowe Auburn for service.

I wasnt very happy to be charged $75 to inspect my car for a leak after im the one that told them I had a leak and when you put it on a lift to change to oil look to see where its leaking. It was obvious where the leak was because it was on the transmission oik pan. I just dont think I should have been charged that much. this is the second issue I have had there and not sure I will be going back again.

Rowe Ford/Hyundai gas always provided me great service and has excellent communication. I’ve been a customer for many years since I owned a Ford Taurus and for the last eleven years a Hyundai Santa Fe. They’ve never overcharged me in all that time and if there have been any issues, they take care of it. I can’t say enough nice things about their dealership.

I worked with Greg West the first time I purchased a vehicle at Rowe. It was a pleasant experience and Greg went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Fast forward to three years later and I came back to Rowe to see Greg because of my first experience. He was able to get me into the car I wanted and well within my budget and with all of the features I wanted. Andrew Mokumobi helped close the sale and get me sorted out with paperwork.
