Swapped sim cards due to sprint network moving to t-mobile. Employee was nice, swapped cards with no issue and no hard sales pitch. Just a subtle reminder that they have newer phones when we want to upgrade. Good experience.

So, what usually should be a lets said $40 for phone conection. It jump to twice the amount. This is you having your own phone your own sim card and just practically connecting it? What a ultrageus charge. Not considering it taking 3 hours for the all the proces.
Finally after 2 other Boost stores and 3 days on hold with customer care I got the help I needed. This girl knows her stuff and isnt lazy like the people at the last 2 stores. Thanks for your help
Extremely helpful and patient with me and my endless questions and needs! Much better customer service than other carriers! And other Boost stores.... Not that I want everyone headed to my store.... LOL! But they rock!

These folks NEVER EVER answer the phone...!!!! So i HAVE to go down to the store to get my questions answered that customer service cant...?!? Plus the service IVE recieved the 5 times ive been there in 3yrs, is COMPLETELY nonchalant, absolutely no care in the service...UNLESS YOUR MEXICAN that is!!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!

Horrible service, they tried charging me 15 for activating a phone. I decline and went to a separate location and that gentleman not only activated my phone for free but also save me $10 a month. It took 2 mins.
