I needed to upgrade my phone and my pickup location was here. They didnt have the phone I ordered in stock and I needed it asap. I went in and Tyler helped me tremendously. He stayed on the phones to make sure my online order was canceled while we went through the different plans and total cost of my monthly bill after changes. The discount on the new phone wasnt as simple as it sounded on the phone however, I was able to get it. The transfer from my old phone to the new one went great. I was all set when I walked out this store. Thank you so much Tyler. You were correct about the phone. Its a big change from my old phone and so far Im loving the changes.
Nick was fantastic. I walked in with a dead phone that had a screen that looked possessed, but I was on a time crunch. Nick asked what I like to use my phone for so he recognized my needs and while he showed me the brightest and best he also pointed out two models that were exactly what Id be looking for. Then he helped me compare features and take my pic being honest about gains and losses as well as price. I walked out with a full bundle and a working Samsung in excited to learn about and play with. Customer service is horrible. The staff members are genuinely incompetent. Salesmen are willing to tell whatever lie they please to stick a deal, and Go Wireless doesnt hesitate to add extra fees youre unaware of.

I was very surprised at the Outstanding Customer Service that I received at this location this past Sunday afternoon! Our Verizon Customer Service Technician Kelsey was very Professional and direct. She assisted My Husband and I in various aspects of Our Cellphone purchase and Verizon Account issues. She painstakingly assisted Us at length and delivered a comprehensive resolution to all Our Cellphone Service needs! I mean we reside in an area where We normally received average service and assistance at best so to be taken care of in such an elevated manner was epic!

This Go Wireless Store is fabulous! I always buy my new telephones here. They listen to what you want your telephone to do. Then they make a recommedation of what they think will work best for your needs. And most important, they gladly help you with phone questions, even a year later. All of the employees are very helpful!

Alright.I signed up with these guys from what Verizon tells me is over a month ago.After thinking the guy Nic took care of me, I get a bill for $785+ for 2 months of service. Yup, a payment on a Tesla or even a smaller mortgage was assessed.So, I wanted to get to the bottom of this. I call Verizons 1-800 number and got a nice lady who originally helped out, but wasnt able to get it to anywhere close to the original $170 I was promised the monthly bill would be by Nic.The first bill was $435 and the second one was for $349. Can anyone in their right mind explain to me how $170 turns into either amount? The activation fees cant even add up to this.Well, I try and clarify whats going on by calling again. After more than 90 minutes of waiting, being transferred 5 times, I literally want to call the states Attorney General. However, I try to calm down, go for a run and come back after the very painful sequence of calls.After I get back, I email Nic. He hasnt replied. Honestly, I emailed him before and he said he would try to help me out, but guess what? Nothing changed.Nic - I know youre trying do what you can, but hey, when you screw with peoples lives by not being careful of all the charges, you literally create more pain and hardship for people in this world -- nothing close to what you say youre trying to do.On top of this, dont forget the other charges you also made me pay in the 3 visits that were easily over 3 hours combined.I wanted to give you guys props after the initial experience, but it now makes sense why people absolutely hate 3rd parties AND more importantly, Verizon for their very VERY shady practices.Thinking about it, I do want to pursue everything I can to make these hours and hours of headaches turn into something in my favor. So, be on the look out.You guys really need to reassess what youve done.

Also she appeared to be on her own and was the only worker there when there should be 2. But she had the kindness and energy of 2 great people. So it workes.Thank you for all your help Ruby.Also I went to 5 other stores and she was the only one that had the phone I was looking for in stock and was able to help me. I bought my mom a brand new, Great phone, wider so she can text easier and with a amazing camera thats a 100x better. Than her old one.Ruby help me set it all up and I didnt have to do anything and the screen protector was played on perfect.The process was the easiest phone process I have ever had.Thank you Ruby. If you walk in here its your fault. This place will screw you every way and back.Never will be honest with you. Staff is unable to assist with anything. Unable to track and deliver orders. Refunds will take months. New manager everyday with a different set of rules. Dont waste your time or money here!

I met Blake, who works at this store, was on loan to the North Bend store yesterday as they have been short handed most of last week, giving Tyler some much needed help. I came in having some problems getting my Hum system set up, I was amazed with Blakes people skills which goes right into excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable and most helpful. I feel like I made a friend and will stop there next time in Auburn.
The guy behind the counter was awesome, he was friendly with my kitty I brought in and he was very informed on the products being sold. He had a good attitude about us being rather uninformed about what we even wanted walking in the door and we left making a good purchase as happy customers.
A Terrible experience!! Took my phone in to have it fixed and left with it -totally broke after they worked on it. They were unwilling to do anything for me even though it worked when I went in the door and I left with it in worst condition. They took no responsibility and offered me no choices but to go to another carrier. We have heard similar stories form those that have Verizon. I have had cell phones for 25 years and never had an experience like this.I called the home office and they tell me that they are not a company store and that they are not able to help me much either. Went to T Mobileand they are much cheaper and very helpful.I only selected one bubble as the system will not allow you to choose less than that.
I have honestly have had great customer service at this location. I went in about 2 wks ago to have the tempered glass replaced on my phone, because I have an older phone (2 yrs) they dont carry it in store, but the lady that helped me, I cant remember her name, but started with an L.said they could order one, and call me when it came in. I got a call, and went in today to have the glass replaced. Nic helped me out. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left a happy customer as I have had issues with another store in the past. I will return to this store in the future when I need help with my phones.

Nic was super helpful. We came in because the VM on my 9 yr old LG sliding keyboard phone stopped working. He researched and found that support for our phones had ended, so we found ourselves in the place that we knew we would eventually end up, having to upgrade to smart phones using a data plan. Nic walked us through what our options were in phones that we could upgrade to, in accordance with our budgeting goals. Upon selection of the phones, he personally transferred the data, contacts, and helped us navigate how to navigate the new phones for simple use. From there, we were able to work through figuring out deeper functions on the new phones. He also showed me how to go to My Verizon (website) and personalize our other promotional options, opting in or out at our leisure. We have had both of our new phones for almost a month now, and have noticed an increase in the 4G service reception, as well as how to utilize wi-fi as much as possible to reduce data usage, and thus, our bill. We have also noticed a greater fidelity in the audio quality when talking on the phones, as well as vm playback. The added feature to this Motorola Moto 6 phones is the video chat option that makes it nice for my wife and I to remain connected visually when apart for longer work days. Nic has also followed up with us a few times to make sure that all is working to our satisfaction. This will likely be our go to Verizon store as a result.

They may have got some digits, however, they lost a customer.

I am so grateful to the staff for at the Auburn Verizon store for their assistance with both my phone and my tablet. I am NOT a tech savvy person...and live in fear of somehow messing up all my data and losing everything. Invariably something goes wrong, I charge through the Verizon door panicked, and they happily make it right again. Im embarrassed by my ignorance and they laugh, assure, correct, and send me on my way. For a senior citizen with no grandchildren living close by, this staff is invaluable!! They stand behind the products they represent!! Definitely a 5 star staff....thank you.

Nice enough people here, they just dont know how to solve actual problems. Go to a real Verizon branch instead (nearest one is federal way) or call the 800 number instead.They first told me my phone wouldnt work on Verizon because they didnt recognize it. I said yes it works. So lo and behold after entering my IMEI number it is compatible.Then they told me I couldnt have the metropcs logo on my service icon. So they said to call metropcs and cancel my service. Which just about lost me my phone number and took 20 minutes. Turns out all they need to do is get my metropcs account number and PIN, but for some reason they didnt know that.Oh and while I was there a different guy came in and said he was charged $700 more for a laptop than he could find online. No idea if he was telling the truth, but the staff there said well were all new here so it wasnt us.

BEWARE!Short version: This is NOT a Verizon store. They will stick you with extra fees and the salesperson flat out lied to me about those fees.Details: Went here because my phone died while on vacation. Took over an hour to purchase a phone, because the two people in the store were a trainee with a couple days experience and a brand new trainee with no experience. They quoted me a price for a phone, but when I finally was told the total for the transaction, it was quite a bit more than what they quoted me. I asked about the difference, and the salesperson told me it was Washington State cell phone taxes. (In this store, the computer is set up to where you cant see what the salesperson sees...You have to take their word for it.) When I left the store and looked at the bill, it showed very clearly that the extra was Go Wireless extra fee. So the salesperson flat out lied to me. I called Go Wireless customer service to complain--naturally, they gave me the run around, and ended up saying theyd check into whether they could refund me the fee the salesperson lied about. Three months later...no refund.Incompetent lying staff, glacial service, extra fees. Walk across the mall parking lot and into the mall, and go to a real Verizon store.
