DAMAGE DRESS 100bucks and not return and so I’m too polite and asked them kindly to not return it but CHANGE IT at least to not lost my money and They say NO … NOTHING … Do Not Shop There Go somewhere else where u can return damage items, so rude and disrespectful!!!

Has lots of pretty dresses, however no refund or exchange! Be aware because they don’t mention that to you or have any visible signs on the dress racks. You will find that out when you go to return the item. The had a sign underneath the check out counter which she pointed out to us when we went to return the dress. $190 dress with the tag still in a gown package.

Its very hard for a petite person like myself to find apparel in my size in stock but StyleZ365 always has the cutest looks available in my size. Staff is super family friendly always welcoming!!! Will definitely shop here again!!

Zero stars! Will not return even damaged items with tag ON and receipt. 70 dollar sweater sleeve literally falling off. Item Was the one non hood rat awful item in the store... Like anyone would want store credit in this POS

Do not shop here!!! My daughter is 14 years old, I tried to give her a little freedom and gave her some money to go to the mall and get some school clothes. She found some jeans at this store, walked out and then right back in after she thought about how much she spent. This store is not cheap. The sales lady absolutely refused to give her a refund. She is 14 years old! It was not even 5 minutes later. My daughter called me crying after this, and after how the lady treated her. I feel like they took advantage of her. Well, lesson learned to my daughter thats for sure. I do not know of ANY store that does not do refunds. I will never shop here nor will I ever recommend it to anybody.

Terrible store and very rude service from the sales lady. Also be warned no refund policy even when they sell faulty products.

Overly priced, if your going to spend 300+ on a dress go to Macy’s or Nordstrom and if anything is damaged you actually have the freedom to return it .

Beware! This store does not offer refunds! I only know of thrift stores that dont offer refunds. The staff is rude. I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this store.
