A man named Terrell Jones at the register notice my friends and I getting out of the truck while he was smoking weed outside. We then went inside and he said we’ve had too much to drink tonight and refused service. I understand and respect the right to refuse service. If we had had anything to drink tonight I would be OK with him saying thatappreciative even. The problem is we haven’t had a single sip. This is unacceptable service. He and the other customer service representative then refused to give me a number to contact management or let me know when they were going to be in next.

I love this gas station. I stop here nearly every morning before work for a drink and a snack. I spend nearly $400 a month in gas here and will now be taking my business elsewhere because Terrell and his power trips. This is twice now that he has denied me and my friends. Once claiming we weren’t old enough(refused to check ID) The second time saying “we’ve had too much” when we hadn’t drank anything yet. Amazing how one customer service representative make such a large impact on a business. I think he’s in the wrong line of work.

Like others reviews have stated Terrell refused to allow me to purchase beer claiming I was already intoxicated despite not having a single sip of alcohol all day. Not sure what this guys problem is but will never return to this store

I noticed when I got home that they charged me for a $9 carwash I didnt purchase. When I went back for a refund, they told me they couldnt give me one because it had been purchased at the pump, where I must have selected prompts to buy a carwash. (I didnt.) I have tried calling corporate but only got an answering service asking me to leave a message. Basically, they just stole $9 from me.

Apparently they say If you dance in the door you’re staggering. Horrible service!!!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Terrell was probably the most rude and inconsiderate employee I’ve ever met. I came in to buy a case of seltzers, Michelobs and midol and he refused to even look at my ID. After arguing back and forth with him he accused me of buying alcohol for minors, which was not the case, no one was even with me. I will never come to this gas station again and I will be sure to relay my experience to everyone that uses this store.

Terrell denied me the sale of alcohol because I already had too much. I had had nothing to drink all day. Dude actually lost business for the company by not selling something because of his own impaired judgement.
