Go to coffee stop when visiting the college kids. Love the atmosphere. They should offer more specials for the students. Loved the Lavender & Thyme latte-- Will return.

Fun little college coffee shop. Small but cute atmosphere on a quieter street at Auburn University. Coffee was delicious. I got an iced vanilla & honey latte. Subtlety sweet, good flavor. Dog friendly! Yes, you can bring your pup inside! I absolutely love that! I very much appreciated not being forced to wear a mask to order coffee which made the experience even more enjoyable and a reason in itself why I will return! Thank you!

As a big fan of specialty coffee I can honestly say that this coffee shop has a great coffee. I had a oat milk latte and it was great even though it is pretty hard to have a decent coffee with oat milk and I tasted the whole milk latte if my husband, mmm, rainbow in my mouth. Good job guys!Oh, and the place is very cute and cozy, love it!

The coffee was good. I was disappointed to not see anybody wearing a mask inside. They had a sign outside asking you to wear one but yet they didn’t enforce it once you got in. I don’t think I’ll be returning until after the pandemic. Not safe.

Coffee cat is hands down the best coffee place in Auburn. Whenever I want to try something new the staff is always ready to recommend something and Ive never been disappointed. Theyve kept it safe during the pandemic and there is always seating outside on a beautiful day. The Harry Styles is a must try drink!

The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is very nice. I am super bummed though that they have hardly any vegan options. :( They used to have toast but now thats gone too! Also Im not a huge fan of their chai 🥺But again, they have amazing service, if they had food I liked / could eat I would totally go again!

Good coffee with rich flavors. Both hot and iced drinks were well made, although they did not have as many options as other coffee shops tend to carry these days.Service was prompt and quick, coffees were coming out fairly quickly.Plenty of places to sit inside (nicely cooled), or in front of the shop on a little patio, which is cool enough in the shade. A good stop after a lunch!

If you have a medical condition they wont have any consideration and will try to get you to wear something anyway. If you dont have this issue, the coffee is good, but there are just better places where you can spend your money in peace. I wont return.

My gf and I go there nearly every Sunday. Every Sunday we go, our order is messed up in some small way; were not ordering complex drinks--just what is on the menu. Cool atmosphere.

Some of the best coffee in Auburn, friendly staff and good internet. It can be hard to get a seat inside especially when its busy, but there is also outside seating which is nice, just not as good internet out there.

Only been once. Cozy place, like a regular coffee house. Wasnt a lot of people there when I went but it was rainy with a flood warning out. I really liked that raspberry mocha drink that my friend got me that day. Hopefully Ill have time to go again someday!

First, when i came to this place i felt in love with the place. People who work there are more and more then nice. The people who work there are friendly and smiling always. I like this place and I hope if it was my apartment. Also the place design is beautiful. Lastly, I’m happy to come here and here always.

Wonderful atmosphere and I love the Numen!! The staff seem very friendly and polite, paying special attention to specific details and customer preferences! Not to mention, theres a very handsome young man that works at this establishment, he has a gorgeous head of hair, ocean blue eyes and reminds me of Jesus!! Would recommend this coffee spot to all!!

Coffee Cat is bomb. If I lived in Auburn, I would be here Every. Single. Day. I tried a few different drinks and loved them all. The aesthetic was beyond pleasing and relaxing. I believe they are also a pet friendly shop, which is rad. I have zero complaints.

GREAT place! Quirky vibe and they always have something new going on. The fall menu is delicious. The pecan Pie latte was my favorite. Worth the time it takes to find this little tucked away gem!

Their ambiance is very exciting and inspiring. They have books kept on shelves that you can go through while drinking your coffee. Dont opt for tea here, as its not the best. I had a tea here one day and felt dizzy. Go for the coffee and sit in a corner going through the books that you might not have heard of. If the weather is good, sit peacefully with your coffee outside and observe the downtown. I particularly liked the beautiful bushes they have outside this cafe, which adds to the beauty of the surroundings.

Cool atmosphere and great coffee. They sell Mama Mochas brand coffee at a slight markup, but I honestly prefer Coffee Cat to Mamas for studying (slightly quieter, and attached to the Hound so there are great food options). I also like how Coffee Cat does poetry readings and other fun evening events.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Auburn. I come here a few times every week to sit and work on my laptop. The staff is always very friendly and it has a great vibe. Its quiet in the mornings which is nice when I need to focus on working. The coffee is aways perfect and the wifi is great.

I paid for a vanilla latte with oat milk, but received what tasted like watered down drip coffee on ice. Not sure why I paid the extra $1. Could not recommend this place to anyone, don’t serve a beverage you couldn’t swallow yourself. Staff should pay more attention to crafting quality beverages instead of serving up attitude

The staff is ALWAYS so nice and a pleasure. It can get crowded with college students since its so close to campus so just be aware of that.

Get a pour over of the Ethiopian coffee 👌. It was so good we came back for more the next day. I also tried my sister’s chai almond milk latte, which was surprisingly good & spiced.

Nice rustic feel. Great coffee and great atmosphere. Staff are friendly, and it’s always a good experience. Only thing I wish is if they had more seating. It’s always packed, so I usually have to wait or awkwardly bum off someone else’s table.

Here at COFFEE CAT I had the toast with Grape jelly and cream cheese and It was very good.For a drink I got the lemonade.At the very bottom of my lemonade There was tiny pieces of of lemon that was not that appetizing. 🍋

Ive only been here twice but its been good both times! My drink was a liiiittle under flavored today, but thats not awful because the espresso they use is pretty good. Ive only had one muffin from there, so I cant say much about the snacks. The one that I did have was made well, but the flavor was not my favorite - but thats just a personal preference! Not a knock on the quality. It would have been nice if the woman who helped me out this morning had been a little more friendly, but it wasnt so bad that Id knock off any stars. Ill be back!

Came here for the first time during finals week, and boy have I been missing out! The place is very quaint and the staff are so courteous. I love the atmosphere and Im surprised its not the most popular cafe in town! Will come again and often!

Delicious coffee and great atmosphere! Way more outlets and tables to sit/work at than most other coffee shops in Auburn. It’s cozy but that also means it can get a bit crowded during peak hours if you’re sitting in!

I like be the atmosphere and the people. They make a delicious breve latte and their chai gives me life. I love sitting outside...one of the only places that has enough outside seating.

Great idea - need to work on the delivery more. Serving Mama Mochas coffee, which is great, but w/ their location (Great) and the opportunity - could be so much more. Needs better ambience and a better tea selection - if youre serving MMs coffee, why not their tea too??

You can bring your four legged friend, and they have the best espresso in town. Cant go wrong here.

Great coffee, of course, but also WiFi and outlets for patrons. A good atmosphere for studying or meeting with friends. Ive had many coffee break meetings here and always find a spot to sit together and get things done. They sell snacks, local art, and some local merchandise near the barista area. Check it out.

Tldr: pleasant baristas serve delightful craft drinks. All the usual coffee beverages are delicious but come back to try one of their unique creations like coffee soda which is perfectly crisp, refreshing on a hot summer day. The service is prompt and sweet. Everyone wears genuine smiles and makes you feel welcome. The prices are competitive. The place is clean. The atmosphere is creative and fresh with beautiful local art and decor.

I wanted to like this place so much. The vibe was quirky and I got excited about the different tea latte options and available add-ons. You’d think if a coffee shop serves oat milk and has that wide of a tea section, they’d at least know to brew the tea, right? WRONG. I got my drink pretty quickly and it tasted like lukewarm flavored sewage water. They definitely didn’t let it steep long enough. Also, please tell me why I paid extra for oat milk and lavender when I couldn’t taste either of them in there?? 🤔 But the the worst part by far was the attitude I got from the cashier/barista—she was rude and unfriendly. What’s the point of creating a cozy, eclectic space if you’re just going to make people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome?

The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and cozy; it is the perfect little spot to get some things done. And to top it off, the coffee is to die for. Their iced, brown sugar, honey lattes are a personal favorite.

Always friendly folks behind the counter. Never had a drink that was less than awesome, kudos on being the best around!
