Had to have my waste toner cartridge replaced and the tech could not get to it until next day. We needed to print things that day so I attempted to empty it myself. (Stand back from it and use a big trash can in a non carpet area!) As I was trying to empty the toner myself someone from the office stopped in and was able to replace it!! It was super helpful as I needed the printer that day and it was just to expensive to have it printed elsewhere! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend them!
