They are awesome at fixing issues with laptops and saved me many times when I had a computer virus and issues with a damaged hard drive (and were able to save my data). Jeff Dion, the owner, is highly knowledgeable about computer/tech repairs and PC Solutions is the only store I trust in Auburn to take care of my repair needs and answer my computer questions.

Not great customer service, doesnt answer phone (or rarely) and doesnt return calls. Repeatedly had to take computers to him to get resolution. Doesnt take responsibility for his work is not right.

They broke my motherboard by bending pins in it and did a bad job on other things in my PC I suggest you find somewhere else. Absolute scam smh.
