Ordered a pizza, was told 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later to find the girl who took my order doing nothing, and she said she forgot to start my pizza. Guess good help is hard to find.

Im telling you this is a hidden gem with the pizza the rest of there selection is pretty good but its definitely worth stopping for the pizza

The guy that works in the kitchen has to be the best pizza cook he should own his own pizza joint I will only order if he is the one working the pizza he creates is by far the best pizza around

Let me 1st start by saying I am a Retail Manager and have also worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years so I HATE when people complain over silly things.. but after giving Crossroads several chances to redeem itself, I cant bite my tongue any longer. Crossroads USED TO offer my favorite pizza in town and have great service, however, Im not sure if ownership has changed or maybe they stopped giving a hoot but the last handful of times I have gone in I have been seriously let down. I drove out of my way to go to crossroads to get a slice of pizza for lunch; its currently 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, LUNCHtime. They only had 3 kinds of pizza available (cheese, pep, & buffalo chicken) where they used to have an array of interesting flavors to choose from at this time of day. Each one of them looked like it had been sitting for hours, but I was hungry so I figured my safest bet was to go with a slice of cheese pizza. The woman put it in a box while I went and got a drink; I took my pizza, and went to the counter where I waited for several minutes, eventually having to go find the counter associate, who had been chatting with another employee behind the pizza counter. Already annoyed, I paid and went out to my car. As soon as I opened the box I was instantly disappointed seeing that it was completely saturated in grease, which is baffling considering cheese pizza should in no way be that greasy! I used a napkin to absorb as much grease as I could, tried to pick it up, and the soggy bottom completely fell apart, literally in HALF. Usually the pizza has a nice crispy bottom and, even though the slices are big, you can pick them up and eat them no problem; however today, as well as the last few times I have come in, that has not been the case. Since this is probably the 4th time in a row I have been given less than satisfactory pizza and service, I took it back inside and expressed my distaste while asking for a refund. The very young girl at the counter declined my allegations and refused to give me my money back, stating that I soon as I walked out of the door with my pizza it was no longer able to be refunded. I left my open pizza box on the counter for the customers behind me to see and promptly left the store; having ZERO intention of returning at this point.

Good pizza, but she tried to charge me 2 dollars per mega millions ticket. They are a dollar every where else. Powerball is 2 dollars. She game me a take it or leave it. So I left it. Might have been my time to win. You guys have to get that straight. Oh and a limited choice of cigars. Yes, had to take another star for that.The cigars that I bought was molded

Have often got pizza by the slice which was great.Tonight I ordered a large pepperoni and onion pizza.There was 7 pieces of pepperoni didnt see any onions, it was burnt on the bottom and gooie on top, cheese was almost nonexistent.very little sauce. So disappointed, help was ignoring even that I was the only one there. Never again

Called for pizza at 7 pm and the employee i spoke to said they were not talking orders because they already had to many orders till close. If I owned the business I would pay close attention because you may not have to worry about it in the future as I will not call again.

Don’t trust the pricing on the website. The two clerks raised the price of pizza and a hot sandwich. When asked to honor the price they got agitated and refused. They just said call the owner. I do live the food there so I’m pretty disappointed.

I just bought small pepperoni pizza and it tastes good but dam do they take the same ball of dough that they make theyre large pizza, they could cut the dough in half and make it thinner I could only eat two pieces and I was full over I throw the rest away never going there again, not waiting my money

Very slow for pizza, not very professional by telling someone over the phone it will be ready for pick up in 15mins, then arrive 20mins later and it hasnt been started. Would not recommend
