Dont bother coming here the store is poorly put together, there is nothing interactive about it, there is nothing exciting about going here, most of the stuff they have is poorly placed and the line is extremely long with no social distancing measures taken. We ended up not finding anything because they were out of everything.

I’ve come to this store a few times and each time I have the same issue with an employee that works there that refuses to act in an appropriate manor and normally I don’t care because I’ve worked in retail before but I’ve seen this assistant manger Kia I think her name was repeatedly be abusive towards customers and fellow employees and most recently while I was there last Thursday she was screaming and making a scene in the whole store and it just really makes the whole place a hostile environment or customer, children and I would assume for other employees that have helped me in the past. wouldn’t ever shop there again

Spirit Halloween has revamped this year. A lot of the costumes look like they could be better quality than the years previous.

Good collection of items, lots of packaged costumes for kids and adults. Out of a lot of stock :( Very big store, so can hold a lot of folks and still socially distance. In the old Supermall, the old Sports Authority - DO NOT trust Google maps! That must be the location from last year, but it is a T Mobile store now! I tried to send a correction but Im not sure if it worked.

Great variety, clean and organized, but google says open till 9 pm but on sundays its 7pm so we were asked to leave..bummer so give it a 2

Lets talk about product quality. My daughter bought an ensamble here that cost almost $200. One item had a broken zipper and two other items broke when putting them on and could not be worn. So, three item that cant be worn and they wont let her return them. Total BS.

Honestly the store has nice costumes and this review has nothing to do about the quality of the products. But the COSTUMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE. My friend and I were in the store and something off the rack fell. We werent messing around and I picked it up and put it back on the rack. Next thing I know there is a worker behind me telling me to pay for thing I broke even though it was not broken. This grown woman was rolling her eyes at me.

Awesome place to buy your Halloween decorations and costumes.

I went for one thing and wandered for 40 minutes. Lots of nifty things to look at. Its in the old Sports Authority this year.

Im very upset at the cashier of the store at the Outlet Collection. They are taking donations for a childrens charity which is absolutely amazing! Kudos to you guys but I felt extremely pressured to donate. He told me if I donated ten dollars he would give 20% off but I told him I could only donate 5$ (I am a single mother of 2, I dont have a lot of money) then after I said I could only do 5$ since my total was 63$ for one costume he said he couldnt find the 20% off coupon. My mom checked out in front of me and he pressured her as well. You should make people feel bad about not having the money to donate, especially when the prices have gone up so much at this store. I will never go back. I am so upset the way that guy made me feel, it was very embarrassing.
