Chad and everyone at Innovative Stone were awesome through the entire process. I wanted to visit the facility and pick a remnant for our bathroom remodel. It was easy, and they were really patient as I looked at many samples. The staff that came to my house were professional. The work was done with ease and I feel the quality of the product and the work completed were all equally professional . Would easily use them again.

Chad and the guys at Innovative Stone did a great job for us. Our wet bar counter is beautiful. My husband and I are remodeling our game room. We installed a wet bar and needed just a remnant piece of quartzite. Even though this was such a small job they treated it like it was just as important at a $20,000 job. I bought the remnant from Innovative Stone too, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will be calling Chad again when we remodel the bathroom.

Recently had Innovative Stone install quarzite countertops for the kitchen and bathrooms. Chad is great to work with, very responsive. I had gotten quotes from three different companies and while the cost were about the same, Innovative Stone had the best customer service. Chad was able to recommend several places for me to visit to select the stone. He was able to offer the best contractor price for the slabs we wanted. Had a great experience with the rest of the install crew as well. Very respectful in prepping the house with carpet covering through the installation process. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chad and the work that he completed on my Tahoe home. He tore out a ton of pink tile countertops and backsplash and put in granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. It was a tricky job because the countertops had all sorts of angles His prices were very very competitive, he completed the job early, and his pricing was absolutely spot on accurate. Chad even went the extra mile to get me a better price on the granite and tile that I found in stores. He made suggestions to help me out and had me preview the work via FaceTime from my home in the East Bay. This is the best and easiest experience that I have had with a contractor. I highly recommend him! He does high-end jobs and smaller jobs. His communication skills are excellent and I love his recommendations and suggestions. He even got me a kitchen sink for less than I found in the stores.

We purchased a granite slab yesterday and Chad, provided friendly and superior customer service and the entire staff was extremely friendly as well! Their products and their craftsman ship are top Quality at very fair prices and we just love our new countertops! We drove up from Sacramento, with no appointment and he was extremely busy but, he stopped what he was doing to accommodate our needs! Plus, we were on a short timeframe and had an appointment to get to but, Chad and his staff stopped what they were doing, made the time for us and got our pieces cut which enabled us to make it on time! We were so thankful and so impressed by the type of service this company provided which is a very rare these days and it was so refreshing! So, if you have a new build or a remodel I would definitely go to them first because, they are a 10 star company in our book!
