If you are looking to redo your kitchen or bathroom this is the company for you. From my first phone call I knew this was the company I wanted to work with.Francine, who not only answered the call, but is also busy with many other responsibilities for the company, was pleasant, welcoming and very informative at providing me with information and options.Moving on to Daniel who also welcomed me warmly. Daniel gave me a tour of their company and variety of products an options in more depth, along with additional guidance along the way to help make my decisions easy and made me feel confident with my choices down to the most minute detail.Once my order was placed, they were quick to move ahead. Jorge’ showed up at my home to measure/fit my counter. Since my home is an older model, Jorge made a few recommendations for a perfect/professional outcome. I went with his recommendations.Within a week or so my counter was installed by the professional Miller and Hugo. Both were very polite and worked as a team to install my counter quickly and safely.Going forward, if ever I need to need these services, I will only work with the team at United Granite Works. I had the pleasure of having a beautiful countertop and island installed by two absolute professional young men. I wish I wrote their names for particular kudos! One was a bit more experienced than the other and that person taught the newer person in a clear and concise manner. All of my questions were answered and I was made to feel welcome to film the procedure which is quite amazing with a tool called a GORILLA 🤣🤣🤣! Would definitely recommend them!!! Scheduled an appointment and ended up waiting a long time because the people in front of us were taking a long time. It seemed like there was only one sales rep working but she was efficient.The second we were greeted by the sales rep, she was on top of it. Extremely knowledgeable and knew the type of marble we needed just from the picture. We were in and out so quickly after that!

From the moment we walk in the door to the day our granite countertop was installed it was a completely positive experience. Francine was great to work with. She helped us select our granite & immediately gave us a price. Our project was delayed 2 months. United Granite worked with us & the process was stress free. So happy we walked away from the big granite store and went to United Granite. Wonderful experience.

Our experience with United Granite Works was beyond amazing. I reached out to Francine about a quote for a specific brand and color of quartz kitchen counters I had chosen at another showroom. Francine quickly responded to my email and asked for dimensions. She then called me to confirm the dimensions and mentioned that, should the quote be higher than my budget, I shouldnt worry as the style I chose was the most expensive brand and she could likely help me find something similar without losing any of the quality and features I was looking for. Though the quote was exactly what I had budgeted for (and $3,000 less than another local showroom for the exact same product) I decided to go into the United Granite showroom to look at additional options. Francine was patient, kind and informative. She helped us find a pattern that was exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Francine was quick to reply to emails with the information I needed. The templating was a breeze and the installers were clean, quick and efficient. Our countertops look beautiful and I cant recommend United Granite enough. To have a knowledgeable, honest, prompt local business that ALSO is the lowest price is unheard of- thank you to Francine and United Granite!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! We shopped around for about 6 months and we were recommended by a friend to go to their showroom. From the start we knew this was the company we wanted. Their price was better than the others. We picked out out quartz and within a week the template was made. The guys that came out to install were very professional, cleaned up, and made sure everything was perfect.

The people at United Granite Works were very helpful in selecting the type of material we would use for our replacement countertop. The stainless 70/30 sink we chose works out fine. The whole process of estimate, measurement, and creating the countertop went well. The installation was on time and went well as well. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the final product. I would recommend United Granite for anyone considering this type of project.

I got my kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities from them few years ago and I just went back to choose my laundry countertop. Mirian and Hugo from United Granite went above and beyond for us. We were doing a new kitchen and needed guidance on choosing the right quartz product. They went out of their way to provide us with great advice. We found a wonderful granite sample in their showroom and were able to go and view the entire slabs at one of their distributors. We have some very specific requests that required significant expertise on both the fabrication and installation ends, and we are happy to say they did a PERFECT job. If you’re looking for a 5 star Granite / Quartz Company look no further. Mirian, Hugo, Michael and Kevin are all extremely professional and outstanding. Michael took the time to explain the differences between granite and quartz, we spent time looking at the different slabs in the blazing heat and it never phased him. Mirian and Hugo know how to treat customers, many questions were asked, Hugo and Mirian answered them all, they explained how they take different sections of the slab and match the veins / movement of the granite, along with many other questions. Kevin drove 120 miles to get to our house and did an outstanding job fabricating the templates, it was a pleasure talking with Kevin, he is very knowledgeable about his work and his measurements are precise. My only disappointment is I wasn’t there when they installed the countertops, I would have loved to watch it but unfortunately I had to work. I can honestly say we are 100% pleased with the job, the service, and the turnaround time to have the countertops installed. I would highly recommend United Granite to anyone looking for quartz or granite.
