I visited the west coast during the summer, and we stopped at the famous in and out burger, and this place certainly lived up to its expectations. The burger came considerably neat and aligned which you dont get at most other similar burger places, and tasted incredible with every ingredient in almost every bite. The burger is also compact enough that you can avoid making a mess and be satisfied at the same time. Fries were also decent, (not the best) and the service was pretty nice. Good restaurant design as well - overall one of the best burger places Ive ever been to.

This location was awesome nit a real fan if in and out but wife and i wanted something to eat quickly as we were traveling. So we stopped and got food to go. This was one of the best cheeseburger i ever ate meat was hot cheese was melted perfectly fries were hot. I have eaten a couple other times at in and out was not happy this one blew there doors off. Thank to all the workers at this location. 5 STARS

In-N-Out is always good, but every once in a while you get a really good burger. Todays was such a burger. Heres my recipe. Double meat, no cheese, animal style, both raw AND grilled onions and chopped peppers. Give it a try.

My first In-N-Out burger!And its.... Not bad.Restaurant employees are definitely the stars of this location. Matthew waited on me, spoke loudly and quickly but not so quick that I did not understand him. He was well trained and knowledgeable. No issues taking my order, answered questions and customized my order perfectly. Rare to see this high quality employee in fast food but... There he was.And it makes up for what seemed sadly yo be mediocre food. Presentation was nice but, flavor wasnt there. I did like piling on the lettuce, tomato, onion and sauce but the double double lacked in the amount of beef in the sandwich compared to other chains.Likewise, the fries were rather flat tasting.Milkshake was good and their machine was working (a shameless shot at a check competitors ongoing problem, I hope it will not be the last). They mixed strawberry and chocolate for me! Bonus!

Always delicious! Went during the rush and of course the line was forever. However, that is the true In N Out experience! Staff is always friendly and our food was perfect.

Decided to dine-in this time. NOT because drive-thru had a long line... because I was waiting for I-80 west traffic to lighten-up. Order was taken immediately. No long line. Received a #2 with animal fries in under 6 mins. My order was fresh and hot. Found a clean seat outside without delay. Enjoyed dinner while playing Tiki Solitaire. Great experience!

In and Out RARELY disappoints!! This location actually has LOTS of parking, albeit a very different set up. They were busy, but not packed, and as always the staff was super friendly, fast and efficient. My food came out perfect, and was absolutely awesome as usual!

The Auburn and the crossing drive locations are my two favorite in-n-ous for sure. They have the fastest and most accurate service. Dont get me wrong I love all in-n-outs when I want a fast food burger! My go to is the double double with mustard and spread only with buns extra toasted. I also like to get in protein style when I want all the veggies. I like my fries extra well done with cheese and spread! Go big or go home!

The people at this place are really nice. I really appreciate their service. This is a one star for in and out in general. During the pandemic in and out has increased use of single use plastic. One of the things that I appreciated about in and out with the fact that they used recycled paper instead of single use plastic on everything. Instead of giving out paper cardboard catch ups they gave me a tub of plastic after I asked them not to give me plastic. I personally found that really disheartening

Simply Devine! I mistakenly went during lunch rush but, the line ran smoothly. I have to mention that I visited the location in Auburn California and I had never witnessed or known that a drive through could physically be so long. It literally held at least 25 cars comfortably. (That’s all I could see to count)I ordered for myself and a friend. Two double-doubles, a coke and chocolate shake. Twelve minutes later! (The person in front of me needed to try four cards before one finally worked. That took five minutes)I arrived at my destination and all said and done thirty minutes later everything was beautifully wrapped, great presentation, warm and delicious!Score!!

The girl who took my order didnt have the onions put on my burger even after asking twice. Food was good though.

The burgers at In-N-Out are made from fresh, never frozen ground beef. In fact, I hear ALL ingredients are fresh, never frozen. Potatoes for French Fries, lettuce, tomato, bread roll buns, etc. And, that fact adds up to a great wholesome combination of fresh burger & fries with a drink. Cheese, double meat and other selections make your fast food meal the way you like it.I like a vanilla shake with my combo, others like the sodas or other drinks. The regular long drive-thru lines and frequent long lines inside indicate many like-minded hungry people appreciate the total experience and value.Years ago (1980s) I was introduced to In-N-Out on east Colorado Blvd in dear old Pasadena. Very good then; just as good now.

I have never had a issue. It has always been very fast. Tonight was the shortest line I have ever seen and I have already been waiting exactly 32 minutes. Havent even ordered yet.

Fresh food, They do not have a freezer. Everything is fresh. I like the animal style burger without the bread wrapped in lettuce. They have peppercinis available on request for a nice kick. Their chocolate shakes are yummy. And there homemade string style French fries are tasty.

Outstanding industrial burgers and fries. Lovingly made by the ton, rapidly. It is fun to see how they cut potatoes into French fries. Look forward to eating here again.

Parking lot was clean, Customer Service was A-1 and food was fresh and delicious as always. Line was shorter than the line in Folsom. Was only like a 10 - 15 minute wait time through drive thru.

If a place only sells hamburgers, fries and shakes, they better get everything right.We ordered a double double and a cheeseburger, and only received the double double. On a road trip, so it was not worth it to return.And while the hamburgers themselves are tasty, once you actually get one, the fries are not to my liking, mealy and over-salted.

Its In-N-Out so its good but the parking and drive thru can be a nightmare. In-N-Out staff do a good job alleviating the wait as much as possible but at times its still just that busy.

Employees have always been courteous and amazingly helpful. The gentleman that was assisting at the door and outside seating area went above and beyond last night when my family stopped off on our way to Sacramento. My sandwich was wrong and he insisted to get it made correctly and bring it back out, I was ok to finish it, it was just missing a tomato and sauce, but he was very sweet to ensure it was made properly

Best burger and frys in California!

This place has gone way down hill. After waiting in line for 30min I get my food and the burger is almost cold, the frys arnt cooked all the way and soggy, and apparently they dont know how to make ice tea. This happened the last time I went here and I thought I would give it another try today, and now I am done with location. Sad because this use to be a great place to eat. Oh and they raised there prices

If you have a choice, choose a different In-N-Out. Everyone going up and down from the Sierras uses this one. Lately, Ive been noticing the fries have been soggy and unappealing also.

I know in-N-out gets many reviews. When one of my friends directed me to this one it seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere. Yet plenty of traffic and awesome team. I loved the team that works here. They taught me two things that I didn’t know about in-N-out. First is there delicious spread, second is the four patty stacked burger, the most delicious combo to try.

We stopped in as we drove by coming back from the airport. There was a short line, no biggy. They did not allow indoor dining yet but there were available tables outside. They have plastic protectors at the checkout for that sense of safety everyones looking for. Delicious as ever, maybe more since we dont get down that way very often. So its more like a treat. It was what it is, in and out.

In-N-Out has always been one of my favorite places to get a burger. Everything is prepared fresh from quality ingredients. Most fast food restaurants have everything pre processed, but you wont find anything sitting under heat lamps here. Even the fries are hand cut in plain sight.They are usually busy, so dont expect a quiet meal. There are also secret menu options such an animal style 4x4 with chopped chillies if you are feeling bold. Check out the bottom of your cup. In-N-Out is managed with high moral standards.Speaking of standard, every restaurant has a similar setup. You can go to another In-N-Out 100 miles away, and it will seem like you are walking into your local restaurant. The burger you order from the same simple menu will taste exactly the same every time.

Slow service. French fries is not tasty, feels not like fried potatoes, but something weird. Cutlets are not made on fire. Maybe they shouldnt.

Always consistent, always great. I often get a 3 x zero burger protein style with a salt-free patty on the side for my dog. We love eating out the back of my SUV during the pandemic.

I didnt like the soda, it was awful. (Seven up) I think it was the leftover. They should check before serving customers.

Always a great choice. Unfortunately 20 minutes in line! Everyone coming back from Truckee stops here. Maybe they should run the drink portion of the orders out to the cars when the wait gets over 10 minutes. Maybe free small fries samples?. They have the runner taking the orders, and they are doing their absolute best. Maybe a little customer appreciation, but if they never do it, it ok. Always the best.
