Literally, save your money and go elsewhere. The gentlemen that work here are fine, however Crystal who I believe is in charge of their customer service dept or a manager of some kind is absolutely rude. She made it clear that she was doing me a favor, and proceeded to have a horrendous attitude, for almost every interaction there after. Everyone else is pretty pleasant. Ask for someone else if you Do choose to rent through them.

My husband and I have gone there for years, often with a one, two, or three year break between renting something. The staff still remembers us and greets us by name, and will do what they can to accommodate us and our needs - including ordering something special for us. They are great and we will keep going back.

Theyve been taking double payments off my card without authorization.. literally stealing money and making accounts go negative?! reporting business to the BBB and disputing charges with card company. Do not do business with these crooks because you never know how much money theyre going to take at a given a time.

Full house sales & lease is like no other company. They have low prices and all there product is great quality they stand behind there product unlike there competitors. They treat my family and I like family. I highly recommend them I would never go anywhere else. For example today 12/24/2019 Christmas Eve my fridge failed and I lost a lot of food I went in to full house sales and lease told them of the situation picked out a fridge and they delivered it that day same day whithin 30 min. You will never find a company that will deliver same day especially on Christmas Eve .

Very let down with my interactions here. Wont bother to ever go back. Made me wait all night and half the day to give me no info just say sorry we cant help you. Good references, good employment, good landlord tenant history. Didnt matter they still made me wait until i called then the associate i was dealong with didnt even have the decency to tell me himself. He had another employee tell me.
