We love our bed, Rebecca is great and knowledgeable and doesn’t work on commission so she’s committed to getting you what you need in your budget. Really appreciated not getting the upsell. The delivery was also great— white glove, the guys brought the bed upstairs and put it on the frame. They gave us some care tips and recommendations too. 100% recommend.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Rebecca at Mattress City in Auburn WA!! I realized at the last minute that I wanted to purchase a mattress for my son before he moved. I phoned the store at 5:20 pm last Thursday to find out when they closed only to learn they closed at 6!! This is the second time we have been to this store in the last three years after moving from Alaska. We needed a new mattress then for a guest room, everyone that has slept on it have been very pleased. We just bought a new house and needed another mattress for an additional guest room. We researched and once again went to Mattress City. The floor manager remembered us and gave us another great deal for a new mattress. Great customer service, delivery was spot on, and we were in/out within 15 minutes. Keep this place in mind if in the market for a mattress.

Dont let the shops small size fool you -- there are plenty of mattress types available for you to lay on and test, and the mattress that you like can be ordered at whatever size you want. The store also offers a pick-up service for any old mattress and bedframe that you might want to give away, and items in good condition will be donated to charity.

I have nearly a decade of retail experience and can guarantee that NO ONE has a 100% 5 star rating with that many reviews--its a guaranteed statistical likelihood youll have 4 star reviews from totally satisfied customers as well as 1 star reviews from unreasonable crazies.Ill take my money somewhere they dont have to scam customers in to coming in so they can be pressured into a purchase.
