I always give their flower arrangements an A+++. They are amazing! Beautiful and always smell lovely. Honestly they always look better in person than on the website. The timing that they delivery the arrangements are VERY quick (super impressive). Highly recommend!

I have ordered two custom arrangements for same day delivery and both have been absolutely amazing. They really listen to what you are asking for and whatever helpful tips you give then and turn into something beautiful!! I would happily continue to order from here.

Order a custom arrangement for my wife to be delivered to her work. The bouquet looked like a grocery store arrangement but was $90. I will never purchase flowers from here again.

I am so pleased with Auburn Florist. I called this morning to order flowers for. My daughters birthday. I live out of town. The lady I talked to was so nice and a true pleasure to work with. I ordered flowers. She texted a picture of the arrangement. I was so pleased. My daughter sent me a picture and a big thank you. I will definitely use this florist again.

Great customer service and fast service. Since I was out of town I was unsure of which arrangement to get delivered to an Auburn local address. The rep explained the services available and helped me throughout the process. I asked if I could get a photo of the arrangement and the rep was able to send me a photo to my phone.I’ll definitely suggest the flower shop for anyone in the Auburn area or anyone out of town looking for a place in Auburn. I ordered this beautiful arrangement from these wonderful people. I originally wanted painted roses, but they said they couldnt do it. They even offered some of their competition to help. Well no one paints them around here. Most were not very friendly want it either. So I decided to give auburn flowers my business after all. They were extremely polite even though they didnt offer the service i wanted.Fast forward to the day of pick up. I had pre paid for my arrangement as a GameDay surprise for a special lady. Well the night before she decided she didnt want to be so special lol. I know its what I get, for being a bama fan behind enemy lines lol. So, I told them to just donate to the hospital. Im sure it would have made someones day.After I week or so goes by and Id completely forgot about the flowers and was forgetting about the special lady lol. I noticed when I checked my bank that day. They had sent me a refund for my order. I cant stress this enough, I DIDNT ASK FOR ANY MONEY BACK. So, long story short. These guys do great arrangements and even better customer service. Theyll always have my business, even with auburn in the name!

I tried all day to get same day flowers delivered to friends going through some really hard times. I online ordered through Auburn Flowers and Gifts, knowing that they closed in three hours and my delivery likely wouldn’t make it until the next day. They assembled a gorgeous vase of flowers and had them delivered in less than two hours!!! I was so amazed and the friends that received them were so happy. They were great. I ordered a bouquet of carrots for my friend’s horse who was having surgery. I knew it was a weird request but they were very accommodating and created a beautiful carrot arrangement. I wish I knew more people in Auburn so I could use them more often!
