I bought my pool from them twenty years ago. They installed it and have helping me maintain it and keep it clean ever since. They have helped me through bouts of algae and repaired my pool when it got damaged by ice during a really bad winter. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their prices are reasonable.

I emailed them 8 days ago to ask them about a pool come spring and I have yet to hear back from them.

I have to thank the staff at Pool and Spa Shop for their relentless efforts for getting my dark green pool back to a crystal clear blue. After some really bad advise from ANOTHER pool supply store in Auburn last fall to just cover my pool before getting it back to neutral, I opened it this year to the worst science project ever! It has been a two week grueling project but the staff at Pool and Spa Shop stayed with the task every day even when I thought it was a lost cause and now I have a crystal clear pool. More importantly I have 2 happy little girls that can now go swimming! Thank you folks at Pool and Spa Shop in Auburn NY you have more than earned my business!

Earlier this summer when I opened my pool I was totally taken by surprised to see how green it was. I took a water sample and some pics and showed the staff at the pool & spa Shoppe. With in a few days I was swimming in the pool. The staff was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed to clear my pool.

The best pool place in Auburn now. Prices are a little high but they seem to always have what I need.
