Good portion size of ice cream that is well worth the money. The waffle cone itself was delicious, fresh, and baked on the spot. The shop itself seems to be clean and well maintained. I like the vibrant colors of the walls and decor, it makes for a great atmosphere to enjoy time with friends and family. Would definitely come back and try their other options.

So when we entered this place there was no one here, also the workers were surprised as we entered ! We were little skeptical if we should eat at this place. Too bad there is not a zero stars. The customer service here is TERRIBLE. the two BOYS that were working the afternoon of 05/04 so never work in customer service. If anyone in management reviews this I would love to be contacted to explain more in detail how poorly your staff treated me

My cookies and cream milkshake was way too liquidy. The server poured way too much milk in the shake and thats all i could taste.

Just left this place for the first time......in town visiting.....disappointed. The place was not welcoming....questions we asked were answered with I DONT KNOW very poor customer service. Furthermore, the 2scoops I paid $6.99 for was really a half scoop! RIP off! First and last time going there! As for your employees- you should pay attention who you hire in your business. They are your front line to your potential customers. Oh and why are there under age children working behind the counter. Is there no labor laws in AL? No customers No business..

I came here after I went to get boba tea from the Asian market. I threw the one that I bought from the Asian market away and got another boba tea and it’s so much more better! Taste wise. I’m very satisfied with my boba fix! Yummy villa is the way to go!

Highly unprofessional to have hours stated on the door that you dont follow. I showed up an hour before closing time that is stated online and on the door only to be met with workers cleaning and telling me we are closed. Either change your hours or stay open until your stated time. Pretty simple.

Wasn’t able to experience because workers decided to lock the doors 15 minutes before closing time. Very disappointed I drove out here with my family hoping to get in time and wasted my gas. Didn’t even bother getting the workers that were cleanings attention because it was obvious they didn’t want any business by locking the door early.

Absolutely horrible. I bought 2 mango boba teas and they were awful, I called the manager and she said “it didn’t matter” and “she didn’t care” they did nothing accommodate my experience. Horrible customer service. Very expensive.

When our family travels, we always enjoy finding fun experiences, making unique memories whenever possible. We found one of the coolest ice cream places in Auburn AL! The owner, Kevin, was great to talk to and he shared with us how he started these shops (3 so far) after coming to America. Watching him make the ice cream rolls was fascinating! Thank you, Kevin, for giving us a delicious treat as a GREAT memory for our family!

If you are looking for a good quality ice cream look somewhere else... Pretty expensive for industrialized non fresh ice-cream and the flavors are always the same. I will give a star because of the environment which is nice but the tables were dirty.

Our first visit. The bubble waffles are amazing! The ice cream is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had the bubble waffle and fruit while my son had the bubble waffle ice cream. Both were awesome...so was the fruit smoothie.A must do!!

Our family drive 30 minutes to get to this place and when we walked in the young guy was very rude to us at door and said they would be closing in 10 minutes. He would not allow us to order anything. We arrived 20 minutes before their website said that they close.

Nice place! I went only a few weeks after it opened and they were in the process of training a bunch of workers so the service was a little slow. Everyone there was super friendly though! The waffle ice cream was awesome. Seating areas were clean and well kept. Large groups may struggle to find seating for everyone, but a group of four or less will do just fine per table. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

One star for friendly service and the cool decor. We went on opening weekend so they had lots of help with employees making ice cream, smoothies, bubble tea. The mango ice cream roll up was disappointing. I wont pay $6 for that. The ice cream is the generic one you find at buffet places. The bubble tea was decent. A little on the very sweet powdery flavor side for me. Overall, its okay. In the summer this might be the only place on the College St. side of town that offers ice cream and bubble tea.

Thai tea looked like fake orange color at first and taste like just sugar and water . Not Thai tea taste at all. Coconut flavor also taste unreal, very fake and cheap quality. Cheap made drinks, money wasted.

$4.99 for the smallest “regular” cup of extremely average ice cream. And service was very sub par. 11 year old girl behind the counter probably most valuable employee there.

We got the rolled ice cream, KitKat and Oreo. Plenty of ice cream for the money.

Came in on Labor Day and it was kind of packed. But the fact that I waited for about 20 minutes is just outrageous. When we got to the cashier the phone rang and we were on hold for a bit which got me furious. I ordered my ice cream and waited for it to be called. After waiting for a minute I asked the kids sitting down solving Rubik’s cubes if I could solve some. So after solving about two to three cubes my order finally came. The customer service is kind of bad too. Also they need to clean the bubble waffle makers they looked disgusting.

First time and LAST time coming here. My friends and I were enjoying our tea and then the “assistant manager” comes over and VERY RUDLY says, “ sorry to interrupt but could you not vape in a restaurant, ever” .... like okay I get it if you don’t want me vaping in YOUR store that’s fine. But you could say it politely. He was completely rude. As far as telling me not to vape in a restaurant ever, I’m sorry sir but I did not know that you own every restaurant... I felt very disrespected and disappointed in the way that he looked at me and spoke to me. So completely unprofessional.
