Worst experience ever! We waited almost thirty minutes for drinks and we could clearly see the workers on laptops, playing around and eating while they told us to wait. And we were the only ones in the drive through line! This needs to be handled quickly because I can see from past reviews that it happens often. I’m never going to this location again!

I got my girlfriend of 12 years a footlong chili cheese dog from here for our anniversary this year. She really enjoyed the hotdog, but she seemed disheartened when she found out it was her anniversary gift. I really don’t understand women.

Even for a fast food place, that was bad. Kids hamburger was burnt and hard, fries werent quite done, bacon on my burger was burnt, absolutely not worth what we paid for it. Will not be going back.

The worst sonic ive ever been to. People honestly seem to hate working here and interacting with people. Takes upwards of 20 minutes for just drinks and the people taking your order sigh and are clearly just very unhappy. Corporate seriously needs to come help these people out. There is clearly deep issues.

Took over 45 minutes to get my order taken and then when I finally got to the window I asked the person to add a drink to my order and the guy rolled his eyes at me and rudely asked what kind. I said forget it, paid for what I had and drove off. Will not go back to that Sonic. That is the third time in a row that Ive had a bad experience at that Sonic.

In all honesty, this must have been a bad day for this sonic. The sandwich I ordered had the wrong bun and the toppings were not as fresh as I had hoped they would be, for my other sandwich the burger patty was on the verge of being burnt. I ordered a cherry limeade and did not have cherry or limes in my cup. We arrived shortly after the lunch rush, so I know they were probably trying to clean up and restock. Our carhop was polite and wonderful and we tipped her well. Please be sure to always tip your carhop even if your food experience is less than up to par, your carhop does not control the food quality, but they do set the tone for your visit and they deserve a tip for making you feel welcome!

Very unfriendly staff. the girl at the drivethru window took my card, gave me my food, and gave me my card back (slamming the window between all 3) and did not speak a single word to me despite me asking how her day is twice. She did not tell me my total, confirm my order, nothing, not a single word from her. guess whatever she was playing in her headphones was more important. Food is decent but waiting 25 minutes for it when there is no line makes it not worth it. I am so aggravated by the lack of concern for customers. laziest, most unfriendly staff I have ever seen. be better. two stars because my food was correct and edible.

I have been using this location for quite some time now, but I become gradually irritated with the poor customer service and quality of the food. Just left, 2 cars in drive thru, 15 minute wait and cold food. And when handed my food, window was barely opened just enough to get bag through and no thank you or any type of thankfulness that customers are the reason they have a job. -1 star

First off, they charged me for someone elses food order and tried to give me the other persons card. I told them it wasnt mine, mine was yellow and they corrected the card mishap but not the order amount that I paid. On top of that I ordered a diet cherry slush and they gave me a regular. The only reason I know this is because Im diabetic and my sugars SKYROCKETED (obviously). Thank God I have insulin and am not someone that has to worry/watch everything sugar related or I might have had to go to the hospital. Terrible service back there.

Horrible experience here today. Older lady working there told me they were drive thru only but I had already placed a mobile order and signed in at a stall. I tried telling her this and she walked back inside. Waited for 25 minutes and nobody came out to me or answered the red button. I left the restaurant without any food or a refund. Don’t waste your time here.

Great slushies with a foot long coney

Was really wanting a burger and milkshake last night, I suggested Sonic, volunteered my son to do the pickup. He was gone so long thought I was going to have to put him on a milk carton. You know how having a bad experience with something will leave a bad taste in your mouth forever? As long as I live, I will never be able to eat a fast food burger again. Whats so bad, same goes for a milkshake. I would really hate to see what the grill looks like, and better believe the drink machines are never sanitized. 🤮🤮🤮

This place is awful. Slow service and cold food. Went on 12/15/20. Even the milk shake was in bad shape. I mean really, a milk shake? Please get a new staff. It has slowly been declining for the past year and now its a serious problem. Unfriendly staff and the entrance/exit to the place needs better lighting at night. Very difficult to see when arriving. Please send Undercover Boss or this place will not make it.

Im not going to talk about the food. Im going to talk about the honesty of the cashiers in this place last night I went to buy to take to this place Sonic and it turns out that the cashier her name is Dajah she charged me $ 28.85 it seemed a bit high I paid but she did not deliver my receipt So I asked her and thats when I noticed that the amount was less than what the cashier told me it was 25 .85 I know its only 3 dollars I came back I told one of them I went in and returned the 3 dollars when I wanted to tell her something I had one attitude like he did not care about my opinion that hurts the food is not bad but first it must be honest people

They leave you sitting there in your car for a good 30 minutes before taking your order and they’re not even that busy. Then you get trapped in by other cars and can’t leave bc the people in the drive thru don’t move at all.Edit: upon waiting forever, I went and asked if the machines were broken and the lady told me that they just aren’t telling people that they are drive thru only. There are 6 cars in the stalls currently.

I ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese burritos and a strawberry lemonade nerd slush and they completely ruined my order. They gave me a regular strawberry slush and a cold slapped together burrito with bacon unmelted shredded cheese and onions which isn’t even anything close to what I wanted.

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. I don’t understand how the staff can be so incompetent and not be able to make your order correctly. Mozzarellas sticks are not the same as jalapeño poppers. Also ordered a limeade and the sprite definitely needed to be changed. It was soda water. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Not a good location. Wait times can be over half an hour for 4-5 cars. Regularly out of common items. Often short staffed, not well managed.

Went today, the lady that brought our food out, was rude to us, and their was a mix up with payment for our order and when we tried to explain to her the simple mix up, got an attidue with us. Then procedded to go get her manager who was just as worse. Will not be back to this location. Food was good though.

Food itself is generally fine. Like most Sonics you can sometimes taste that the oil hasnt been changed in a while. They havent put lime slices in my last few limeades so Im kinda frustrated with that so heres hoping they were just out of stock. Itd still be nice to know or be told.

We ordered drinks ahead of time through the app, and still had to wait over 15 minutes at an EMPTY parking lot to receive drinks. I’m not complaining to complain, but they definitely forgot about us.

I come to this sonic pretty regularly. They made a few minor mistakes when I went a year ago, but recently it seems like they stepped up their game. They are pretty quick to take your order and get your food to you now, and the food as good as you can expect from a Sonic. The manager, Tony, is super nice and helpful and approachable, too.

This has to be the slowest Sonic in town, had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru its ridiculous. Not to mention the staff is VERY unfriendly and communicate is very poor.

Staff didn’t seem happy to be there. Other people out of work probably would have loved to be there. Blast and cone were mediocre. I highly recommend Cook-Out for shakes.

This sonic was the worst fast food experiences of my life and threw out my milkshakes because I inquired about them giving me the wrong size and not being half price even though they are advertised to be half price until labor day(which was tomorrow at the time). They insisted on taking both of my milkshakes when I only had an issue with one and wasn’t just curious how you can advertise a deal and not implement it. She would not let us order another milkshake as well. Kathy and her manager were extremely rude to me and made me wait 30 minutes and kept my card and would not let me talk to them just continued to cut me off and told me this was not their problem and it was corporates fault and they could do nothing to help us. Well it would help me if you would give me back the things I ordered hopefully in the correct sizes. Sonic should inform their employees how to handle a situation where they advertise a deal that they have no intention of implementing.

Cold burgers with old lettuce. Cold, greasy, overly salted fries. Menu board said our order was ready and on its way but it wasnt. I ended up going up to the door to get it.

I love Sonic, but I’m so tired of spending my money in places, where it seems like it’s not appreciated! I just left the location on Dean Road and the service was so horrible. I tried to call in and report the two very RUDE workers. Called twice, but no one answered. Please, perform Customer Service trainings with the staff! It’s very rare that I actually receive decent service there and I’m beyond tired of it!UPDATE: 5/31/18Just went to Sonic again and had yet another horrible experience! I’ve been to this location several times between my initial review and today, but neither experience was as bad as today. Really, how hard is it to provide decent customer service and fresh food that isn’t thrown together? I mean, does management even check these reviews? There’s a white guy who works days and has a great attitude, but other than that, I can’t think of much else nice to say about this location.

An absolute disgrace to food service. I used the Sonic app to make an order and have it ready at 6:45 pm. I pull into stall #17 and check in at 6:44pm, so Im on time. The app shows me my order is being prepared and that Pelham will be out shortly with my food. At 7:15pm in the hot evening summer heat Im still waiting in stall 17 for my order. I could have gone through the drive thru 5 different times while I sat there wait on the convenience of using the Sonic app. I will never use the Sonic app again. I never heard from anyone in person about my ordeal. The lowest of the low in food service. The food was good, but it wasnt worth a 30+ minute wait. I dont wait 30 minutes at steakhouses for a meal. If I had not already paid with the app I would have left 20+ minutes earlier. Its just not worth working with an app that works so well yet makes the occasion longer and worse. I wish I could give this visit a negative star.

Went there after work to get me and the wife food. The staff were too busy rushing people out at so they could leave that they completely made us the wrong order then were rude because my wife wanted a ranch cup with what we thought were buffalo wings.

Their ice cream and servers are great. The rest of their food isnt anything special

We went early this morning about 1:30am. It’s the only place that was actually taking orders and Tony is the best. Probably best late night service I have had.

Great milk shakes, also great place to go late at night if craving for something sweet. Try cookie dough frozen or Oreo frozen. Its not packed but service takes as it takes time to prepare shakes and ice-cream.

Long wait. It was around 2pm and I pulled into a space. They lady buzzed me through the intercom and told me they were drive thru only. Very frustrating. It seemed like she was by herself poor girl. She was trying her best but couldnt keep up with the influx of people. They need more staff.

The food was delicious but the service is slower than frozen molasses. We sat at a stall for almost 10 minutes and nobody answered the button. Then went thru drive thru which took another 10 minutes once they got our money to give us our food. Get the lazy out and speed things up some. This isnt olive garden or Longhorns

Terribly managed. Not busy at all yet the lady at the drive through window was just sitting there chilling not taking our order. Went to the car hops and waited 10 minutes and no one took our orders. I advise to to take your time and money somewhere else. Management should be fired.

Fast service every time

I got a burger there with fries and the burger bun was cold for some reason and so was these cheese, it was one of the worst burgers I had! Your meal should be hot when it comes to you not cold like it was left out and forgotten! The service was poor, took extremely long for us to finally get answered and put in an order! The waitress was crossing personal boundaries too much also making it an awkward experience and a creepy one too! Just not too many positive things for the place, the only positive was my drink was cold.

Im going to say what no one else here has said, theres a reason this Sonic is terrible and slow. Look at the workers, how they act when they mess something up, its a group kids, all friends working a fast food job together. They have no reason to get orders correct or to even make a decent shake(which they wont, they will skimp you). These kids are going nowhere in life. They have no reason to get better. Theyll go from one fast food place to another. So if you go here, expect semi decent food with slow service.

Sonic drive in is a very good place to eat they are friendly and curtius to us everytime we go there . I would tell anyone if you want good service at a fast food joint go to Sonics

Why are all the Sonics in this town terribly slow? Waited 25 minutes after ordering and had to leave. I order 2 drinks thats it. Only five cars in the lot. When we left I found all the employees outside the drivethru door cutting up and talking to someone at the window. I am done with the Sonics in the town! Terrible service!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic. Pulled in at 12:10 pm. Ordered a small cone and a small cherry slush. There were 3 cars in drive thru and 4 cars in parking area. 3 of the 4 received their food in the first 5 mins. I was there. Seem to be a relaxed day. At 12:40 I drove away, never receiving my order. They really need some help at this sonic. Sunday afternoon before church crowd could have made it there.

Took over 10 minutes for anyone to answer my station...they were not busy..at all..so no excuse can be made for any of this. Then took another 15 before my food was delivered...and received old food and cherry Sprite instead of cherry limeaid..and yes there is a difference. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I worked for Sonic for over 4 years and none of what happened that day would have been acceptable.

This restaurant is actually terrible. Every single time Ive been here Ive been pretty much stalked by the same carhop. He is a grown man. I am underage. This is not okay. He has asked multiple times if I am single, constantly tried to talk to me, and even knocked on my car window to try to get me to speak to him. This is horrible service and near harassment. I no longer feel safe in this establishment, and I and my friends will no longer be coming here.

Great place to get dessert but half the time the burgers taste like they were pulled out of the trash.

Sonics are not always consistent, but when managers go out of their way like Seth and even people cooking your food come out and check on you. Makes all the difference! Now for Sonic to do a better job on their app.

So I went here for a breakfast sandwich and a limeade. My limeade tasted either watered down or wasnt the flavor I requested but it was super off. I should have known something was amiss cause the girl came to my window and said were out of powerade.... I told her I hadnt ordered any powerade?.... I got home and the sandwich wasnt the sandwich I ordered. I guess I should have checked in the bag. I took it out and opened it on my lap and instead of a bacon breakfast sandwich it was a hamburger with a onion ring on top.... I didnt even know that was a thing but when I moved it off of my lap there was barbecue sauce all over my skirt like I had been shot..... I guess as they were wrapping they smeared the paper or it oozed out. I dunno. My fault fight not cooking. Or checking my bag before I left drive thru. Or putting a napkin down.... But geeze what an annoying experience.
