EMS came and found out the problem with my generator, they fixed it and it was still underwarrenty. Check mark for my pocket. Fast service, friendly and explained what went wrong. Thank you for coming out on a cold day.

I had a General Standby generator installed on 10-22-20. I was so pleased that they were extremely punctual first of all. Thats a great first impression! They proceeded to tell me exactly how they would get started and approximately when they would have to shut my power off. They made sure to check with me when the time came in case I wasnt ready. So polite. They answered any of my questions and I noticed how organized they were as the team went to work. Did a great job of cleaning up the area after they were done. The young man who came the next day to do the intial start up was again on time, polite and answered my questions. Cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again.

I dropped my 50 kw diesel generator off for service and they had it in and out within one business day. Very good customer service and quality work. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended !

Just went 82 hours with no power love our 11kwh

ESM installed two 22KW standby generators. They provided us with prompt, professional and courteous installation... all in one day! Coordination with electrical and propane suppliers was scheduled by ESM. The crew was exceptional, with no clean up debris left behind.We are impressed and highly recommend ESM for your generator needs.

Called. Two guys came over. They told me what was wrong with my power. They had a few more people come check the situation. Configured with Cmp and inspectors. Got the job done same day. Power is no longer fluttering and job well done! Thanx!

Very disappointed ! Do not call them! They charged me 300 $ just to come to my place for travels fees. This business will fail at this rate. No second customer here. And now I have to fight for my money. WARNING

Charges a $70 car fee and $70 an hour for travel time from Lewiston - they added $105 to the bill -$175 total (just to get to Freeport) before he started work on the house.The fan that he installed only worked for a few weeks and then stopped. Will never use again or recommend

When they do a job they do it right. The business office however is very poor at scheduling, detailed paper work (quotes and billing) and communications.
