So far not happy with them about the equipment we rented to do work it broke an hour and half after he was on it! And it took a month to get the equipment it broke and it’s been another two weeks and now they say we have to wait another two weeks to get the equipment back ! Not happy about the service we have gotten ! We have buildings waiting to be built now we have to put them off until we can get the property clear to put the buildings up! So not happy

I just rented equipment from these Folks, very easy online process with cost and delivery fees clearly stated, it actually made more sense to rent for the week based on the low weekly rate. We had a little confusion on the drop off of the rental, ALL our error but of course, its easy to blame others! United immediately sent a manager down to our location to insure all was well, thats customer service. Turned out it was our mis -communication and the manager was still very apologetic, above and beyond.Thank you, SW

Had the equipment I need an it was professional grade, performed excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional as well.

They must think that their equipment is made of GOLD. Very diappointed in the ATTITUDE of the sales rep. Wanted three times the amount for a rental than I would have paid else where. Was less expensive to send equipment from Atlanta!!Will NEVER call these people aqian.
