I was referred to Sonsray Machinery and Ryan Jackman by a couple friends who also own a construction company. I was in the market to purchase several machines as I was just getting started out on my own at the time. Ryan was able to give me very good pricing on a CASE TR310 Compact Track Loader, and a CASE 321F Compact Wheel Loader. At the time, I had some very large jobs which these machines arent designed for. I needed to move 14,000 yards of soil, and I was able to do it with these machines. They have been bullet proof. One of my employees even rolled the 321F and it just keeps going. I also needed help with a rental on a large excavator and Ryan took care of me with a great rate. I would recommend Ryan and Sonsray to anyone who asked, he always answers his phone and emails and they have always taken care of me. Ryan went above and beyond the role of salesman, he made the experience feel personalized for me and my business.

Ryan Jackman did an amazing job helping us at Full Throttle get our new CASE TR310. He was very thorough and made a point of really understanding what we needed. A few weeks ago my daughter, Olivia, and I had the privilege of meeting Tim and Ryan at Sonsray Machinery.I had contacted the General Manager, Tim, and asked if it would be possible for my daughter to take a look at one of the excavators they have. She is 3 and currently loves all heavy machinery, but excavators are her favorite.Tim was very friendly and accommodating and told us to come on in.The day we arrived at Sonsray, we were greeted by both Tim and also Ryan, the account manager.They were so kind and both took the time out of their days to not only show my daughter an excavator but let her sit in one too! Talk about knocking something off her bucket list, my kid was thrilled!Thank you for such a positive experience for me and my little girl! We’ll never forget it!

Always very helpful, both service departments and parts. Able to find out which fluids are supposed to be in the machine if your not sure easily. I accidently called a number thinking it was the case dealer but its a scam line to get money to answer your questions so be careful. Bought both new machines, rental returns, and used ones from the Auburn & Marysville store. Theyve always taken care of me. I dont even have to say my name I just ask questions.

Our utility have only purchased CASE equipment for 40 years and were shopping for a mini excavator. We have been hearing from contractors that the sales and service at Sonsray Machinery in Auburn has been bad and getting worse. We demoed several brands of mini excavators that our equipment operator has operated for twenty + years, but never a CASE. We decided to give the CASE and Sonsray machinery a chance, but still feeling that we wouldnt be satisfied and wouldnt be making our purchase from them. To our surprise Ryan Jackman in sales and Dan in services completely reversed our thinking. Ryan Jackman was very thorough in answering all of our questions in a very timely manner and Dan was on top of meeting our service needs for our existing CASE equipment. Tim is awesome! I took my Case tractor here for a PTO adjustment and even though they were not familiar with my model they spent the time necessary to review the procedure and only charged me for the actual time to make the adjustment, Thanks Tim!!!

For the past couple of years, I have been buying parts for my equipment. Last year I was in a position to buy a couple new pieces of machinery and I wanted to entertain them as suppliers. After a lot of research and price checking, I purchased a Bomag Roller along with a Case TR310 Track Loader. I love each of the machines I purchased from them.My father is an asphalt paver in California, and he lives and dies by Case products. He has 3 Case Skip Loaders that are in operation today that I used to play on 15 years ago as a teen. Just recently, he purchased a 2018 Case Skip Loader as well. Their machines are built for the toughest of jobs and are hard to beat when it comes to durability. After my fathers experiences with Case machines, that is why I was inclined to buy a Case Track Loader, and I am glad I did.Sonsray parts department is on it. They answer their phones, help troubleshoot and locate the correct parts, and get them to you as quick as you need them and that is a huge bonus.The best part of my entire experience with Sonsray, is their salesman, Ryan Jackman. Ryan is top-notch. More than a salesman, he is a friend. He treats everyone with respect, goes the extra mile for you, and delivers equipment to your doorstep with a smile. I plan to keep this business relationship going for as long as I am in business.
