We bought our first home with her in October of 2016 and just sold and bought our new home with her in October of 2019. From 750 sq ft to 1700 sq ft in 34 days, our house went on the market on September 1st, it went under contract by September 3rd for more than our asking price. We looked at 2 houses, unfortunately the first one we were interested in went under contract from a previous contingent offer. Well we found an even better home like 3 days later in Greene. It went on the market at 4pm on the 9th and we were seeing it by 7pm. (Yes, she literally dropped everything that night to come and show us a house she didn’t even have time to research!!!)
