Im sorry... this really was a good place. We have nothing against the owner and have been using this shop for a long time.. I belive Steve the owner has lost passion in the bikes in hes old age and hires younger people with little to no experience. We asked for simple common repairs, new parts and a couple fluid changes that we could have done ourselves but trusted him to do them better as a professional. It is a 95 kx250, being older we went through everything down to the bolts to know exactly what needed fixing. When we got the bike back it was... leaking oil from a stripped bolt, bolts where striped when they where not before(also asked for all new bolts so none shouldve been stripped), parts of the frame where missing/broke off, the small claims we just bought for the gas line where missing, the bike was not idling at all when we started it, the bike died on my bfs fist ride and he pushed it back home 2miles, we had to take it apart multiple times because it wasnt tuned properly, instead if getting a new gas tank which we asked for (ours has a bolt-hole in it leaking gas)he putty over it, he put two huge dents in the exhaust that are not in the right place, and the seatcame off with another stripped bolt... lastly Steve had a rookie kid working on it that my bf talked to when picking up his bike. This definitely is not the shop it used to be..

By far my favorite shop to go to the owner is amazing been there for years very helpful guy and if he doesnt have it he can usually get it for you highly recommend

Steve the main mechanic is very honest and knowledgeable I take every dirtbike I own to this guy and tell him give it some power he just nods and says okay Ill call you when its ready, really cool dude and he does not charge enough! He is very good on charging me a very honest rate. Highly recommend this motorcycle repair shop mainly dirt bikes I dont think she works on road bikes. Works on quads and old trail bikes as well. His helper is knowledgeable and helpful as well. Good Down Home Country type I highly recommend this shop.

Steve is an amazing person and even better mechanic. He has helped so much on my bike and charges super reasonable prices. I took my bike to another shop in town and was charged a ridiculous amount of money and the problem was not fixed, not to mention they kept my bike for over a month. Steve always gets you your bike back as soon as he can, and I will forever stand by this man. Highly recommend.

Steve and Doug are the most knowledgeable guys in Auburn and the most honest and helpful . they will go out of their way to help you get what you need and can get parts or just about anything you need the next day, they have worked on two of my bikes and have been more than fair each time.BEST SHOP IN TOWN HAND DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
