Went in to buy a part for my YZ 250. Super helpful and knowledgeable, great people working there very friendly. Had them put the part on 10/10 service will definitely be coming here for everything I need.
Very presonable and qualified staff, quite helpful and knowledgeable staff, i feel that the recent recommendation from law tigers was spot on ..... will let you know more when my repaires are completed
Really nice employees. Decent selection
Very rude lady! This lady started screaming at people that would use their entrance to turn around. There is construction going and people are using these street as detour. If you don’t want people to use your entrance as a turnaround, add buckets or something to block the entrance but don’t scream at people. You just lost a few posible clients with your rude behavior.
My Yamaha has been there almost 4 months and theyve not fixed it yet. If not fixed by Friday September 3rd Ill pick it up and take it to Montgomery.
40 year old bike and they had no problem ordering the parts I need
Closest dealership (to us 50 miles) and they couldn’t even make a key…..
Went to buy a helmet...walked in and nobody was in the showroom...so I just walked around looking and waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes or so and nobody came so I left...
Great place! Super helpful and knowledgeable employees.
Good price on Commander tires, incompetent service. Ordered wrong tires, ordered wrong Highway lights, went to shop 3 x and bike wasn’t put back together. Cancelled order picked up bike and had to take to another shop because rear end rattle from loose brackets and bolts. Never again!
Great place to go if you love yamaha and if you need help figuring out things with your yamaha. Theyll definitely know.
Scotts a really nice person Ive bought 4 different units from him always had them do all my maintenance oil changes tires and any thing needed for them super nice.its a small shop with lots of work to be done and lots of people want to call and get free advice about stuff that needs to be fixed are not going to bring it in to be fixed your wasting there time hes running a business not a answering sevice Google is made for a do it your self person no motorcycle shop wants to install a tire you didnt purchase from there shop he dont know if the tires safe he wants a new tire that he know and trust for his customers he aint going to put a tire on your bike that could cost you your life no smart business who cares about there customers would scott super intelligent hes been in the business a long time done probably forgot more then most will ever know keep up the good work Scott you aint been around this long from being rude and not knowing how to run a buisness.
Bring your broken bike here if you want a place to permanently store it and not get it fixed
I called to get a quote on mounting and balancing tires. Guy on the phone was a real d-bag about telling me that they wouldnt be able to mount tires. I figured it would be something a motorcycle shop could do. If you have a motorcycle Id just take it to skinners. They were very helpful and you could tell they cared about their customers.
I went to Twin City’s Yamaha to check out a new (2016) R1 just to see. So they had it listed for $13,999 so i asked him if he would negotiate because I found it brand new online for $9999-$10499 he and his salesman cussed me out and told me to get the f@&$ out of his shop and he didn’t care if I or the group of friends i ride with ever done business with him.
This was the best buying experience Ive had! These gentlemen are knowledgeable, no hassle, easy to work with and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Scot is an honest businessman and I wont hesitate to buy from them again. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Called for a golf cart price on their website and they said they didnt sell golf carts, lol.
Great and friendly staff. Outstanding service department. Work on all makes and models.
Feel so bad for the workers who have to put up with Scott. What a miserable strange man
Awesome guys, I had a great experience. Would purchase from them again.
Awesome guys here at twin cities, very honest and friendly . They always do there best for there customers 5 stars 👍
Highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff and will go above and beyond to make sure your ride is good to go.
Just bought a Yamaha Warrior (not running) from a guy on facebook. Called Twin Cities the day after telling what I had and what all was on it. And before I could get out of my mouth that I wanted to order some parts for it the guy on the phone snaps off at me telling me i needed to just use the internet technicians and was extremely rude to me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Twin cities will never get any of my business as long as Im alive. And I dont know who the old man was on the phone, but he needs to be fired. And if he is the owner, he needs to lose his business license. He is just absolutely disrespectful.
Service is wonderful, there working on a bike for me. So far so good.
Small dealership with enormous capability. These guys will go above and beyond to help a customer, and I absolutely trust their work with my life.
Really helpful staff. Always willing to help and answer questions.
Nice people who helped me replace some parts on my Yamaha four-wheeler. Ive dealt with them 4-5 times now and never had a bad experience.
Amazing people with amazing skills 10/10
The worst experience I ever had buying a bike i was treat like garbage yelled at disrespected as a customer and no I did not bye the bike and if ur looking for a bike stay far away from them .if they were the last dealer on earth I would walk then bye a bike from them good luck to the most horrible dealer in Alabama.
Did not receive any sponch. Would recommend.
Only place I prefer to shop at
I have no idea, who wrote the review below. I heard negative things about this shop before I dropped my bike off, but seeing as I owned a yamaha and theyre a yamaha dealership I assumed they wouldnt live up to the hype. They did. Mechanics showed complete incompetence in evaluating the problem with my bike, there was a two week period in which I still cant account for any of the work performed (if there was any) and the monetary and time estimates were completely off. As long as theyre not performing work on ur vehicle, interactions are fine, but any sort of mechanical work, save yourself the trouble and take it somewhere else
Scott Tway ordered items for an 86 Yamaha 4 wheeler and got it in 2 days, just in time for a long trip to Illinois
Weve purchased four new Yamahas from here since 2011 and couldnt be more pleased with the experiences. Sure, Scotll talk your ear off. (grin) But, hes been places, knows folks all over the industry and believes in the products he sells. Its a small shop with genuine folks working there. No big store hard sell or worse - ignoring customers. No way! This is a place where you can go and talk bikes/scooters/atvs and side-by-sides with confidence.Yamaha has the #1 rating in customer satisfaction and after owning a slew of Hondas and Suzukis, I now know why. When two of my bikes had minor recall issues, TCY took care of the issues very quickly. I live almost an hour away. Having them work with me on appointment times, etc... was a real plus.
Scot and his crew are the best.
A good place to get parts
Very helpful would recommend!
Very nice people
Bad service!
Dont go here
The service and parts department has been great for me. Ive shopped TCY for 30 years and while there have been a couple of less satisfying trips, 99% of them have been absolutely great. TCY cant help when big Yamaha wont send parts across the big pond, where my 1% details fall into. Thanks guys !
