I was moving a mirror top to a dresser to a moving truck and because thefactory assembly was very cheesy the oval shaped mirror fell out of the frame walking to the truck. It completely shattered when it hit the ground.I took the frame mirror less to O & P GLASS 140 Capital Street in Augustafor a estimate for complete replacement repair. I thought this was goingto cost me a small fortune. I was very wrong. The repair was about 1/3 ofwhat I expected so I left the frame there for repair. I did not expect therepair to be completed for at least a week. Less than 24 hours afterleaving the store, the same rep that did my paperwork, called me andsaid my piece was ready for pickup. Upon picking up my mirror andframe, the rep went over with me on how the repair was made andsuperior to the cheesy factory craftmanship. O & P GLASS in AugustaMaine will always get my business for all things glass.

These guys/gals are great! My 32 yo RV needed its windshield reset in its framing and no other glass place would take the job. Other places told me the front part of the RV roof would collapse if we remove the windshield or that the windshield would break. OP glass told me that there was a slight chance of windshield damage but it was unlikely. They then did the job and made it look easy. My windshield is fixed and Im very happy with that. It was the last major issue to take care of in the restoration of my RV. Thanks a ton O&P.

I had a fairly small project just a sliding screen door that needed a cat door. And Soo was awesome got just what I needed. When I was picking it up some other guy came out and explained how The little door worked and then Soo came out and knew my name.

I absolutely cannot thank Soo and her team for assisting me with my passenger side window that recently needed to be replaced. They were able to get me in right away so I did not have to ride around with a trash bag for a window and they went above and beyond to try and get all the little pieces of glass that got in between the door when it broke.
