Zachary and Chris got my vehicle in, took care of the rust under the windshield and got me on my way quickly and efficiently - they even allowed me to see the work they were doing as they did it - excellent customer experience!

So friendly here. They have a small waiting area to sit in while your car is worked on. I arranged to have my windshield repaired via my car insurance company and it was seamless. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Scheduled through insurance, received confirmation through insurance and numerous texts from Safelite informing me of the time window theyd arrive. Window started, and as it started to close, contacted customer support - who couldnt help me, and instead referred me to local store. They didnt know who I was. ZERO apology - more of a Hmmm. Thats odd...So, a day had to turn into a week before I could get my windshield replaced.When the tech show, he did a great job. Getting to that point, however, sucked.

The service was real nice. Easy and seamless. Took care of all insurance matters. I had a windshield replaced. It had sensors on the windshield. Upon arrival at my appointment time, was promptly meet by Zachary, the technician who was to do the work. The vehicle was in the shop within 10 min. The replacement and recalibration was completed in about an hour. Pleased with the overall experience

Theyve cancelled and rescheduled my appointment five times. First they said a technician called out, next two times for rain, and now weather concerns because it might snow. They cant even get my car into a shop (an hour away from me) because its booked for over a week. All together, its been a month and my windshield hasnt been replaced. Im ready to start looking for someone else to fix this.

Good job. Technician was personable, low maintenance and we are please with his work. Survey requested was ridiculous - attempt to simply write comments denied by algorithm. Attempt to respond with comment was the only dissatisfaction with this company

Ive had Safelite complete 2 windshield chip repairs and replace a rear window. Friendly and fast service for both in store and mobile shop. They warranty all repairs for leaks. They work with insurance easily. No complaints and will continue to use

Horrible, horrible service & customer service. They just cancelled us for the second time in the last two weeks with less than two hours notice. They claim the tech called out. BS. The customer service person was unapologetic. Terrible. We’ll never use them again!

A softball broke my back windshield in my Toyota Camry at practice. I called that night and arranged for Safelite to repair my windshield the next day. The technician called me in the morning and gave me a two hour window when he would be at the house to repair. Great Job, Good Communication, and Terrific Mobile Service!

Got our windshield replaced quicker than expected with no mishaps, had free coffee, wifi, and cable TV while we waited.

The window leaks and the side pieces where broken and not put back on and the inside was not cleaned the only good thing was he was on time

Work was done professionally and on time and at the price quoted.

After making an appointment on Monday. It wasn’t until 530-6 o’clock when the servicemen showed up. Then shattered my windshield and told me he wasn’t able to get it my windshield off. So now my car is undrivable. So now I have an appointment the next day. And I am told I am no longer a priority and they have other paying customers by Tracey the lady who answered the phone. So after having an appointment and already paying for the service I now have a shattered windshield told I am not a priority and can not drive my car which therefore risks my job and makes lose money. Honestly worst customer service I have ever had and would NEVER recommend safelite to anyone. Absolutely terrible experience.
