This is a good Hannaford store. Its large, clean, and they had plenty of checkout lanes open. As another bonus, their restrooms were spotless.

This particular Hannaford has a large parking area with ample spaces. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful if you need assistance. That being said, their pizza is utterly terrible. I know, I know, no one actually goes to a grocery store to get pizza. Well, I was curious and just had to try it. The pizza I had tasted old and crusty. The base and crust were thin and crispy, but the crust was totally flavorless. The sauce was decent but the cheese was what you would expect from a slice being kept warm for three days on end. This is even worse than I expected. Again, Im giving the store a good review for their ability to provide all the other things a grocery store should. Just dont expect good pizza.

I was in that store on Sunday 8/15 and the store had lost half of its coolers from deli to meat, however there was close to 15 employees running back and forth from out back to ensure the customers had everything they needed. They did it politely and with a smaller and when it was time to check out the registers were all up and running and the baggers and cashiers were very friendly and pleasant. Best customer service I have seen in quite some time and will do my shopping there now instead of gardiner. Great management and it shows in your employees.

Like anyother store market basket Shaws stop and shop hannaford supermarket is well kept. doors open at 5am for truck deliveries. in and out if there is no regular trucks at the dock.

Probably my favorite Hannaford in Augusta, larger store with more options. Wish they carried local organic food, their current organic options are way over priced, and often in bad shape. I purchase a farm share from a local organic farmer now.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the manager, Clint, for his empathy towards his disabled shoppers like myself, who often face a great deal of difficulty shopping by being subjected to verbal abuse and threats.While picking up supplies for Passover, I was chased down and yelled at by a condescending young activist of an employee who insisted the mask I’ve worn every day for the past year is no longer adequate by her specific, yet arbitrary and unscientific standards. When I tried to appeal in a polite manner, pointing out her mask was not up to the standards she was attempting to hold me to, she insisted I had to leave the store. Fortunately, I spoke with the manager instead of leaving and he ascertained that I was indeed following the rules and needn’t be harassed further.I’m thrilled to be able to continue to spend thousands per month at this wonderful location with (for the most part) a phenomenal staff. They also have an amazing Kosher section and wonderful produce!

Hannaford had great produce in Belfast. The prices this week are great also.

I have shopped here many times. Unfortunately I cant think of a time when I have experienced worse customer service. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. If it had happened just once I would have let it go but on multiple occasions I have experienced terrible customer service and rudeness from associates at this store. I think I will be shopping elsewhere for now, its a shame really.

Found far more than I needed, the gentleman in the deli was very patient and helpful with my very specific request and Jake P. though I took him away from his task, was happy to help me find the one obscure item that escaped me.

I just love Hannaford. They carry very fresh local produce. Farm to table baby!They carry gourmet mushrooms which I love. Their wine selection is superb, although they dont seem to carry my favorite Casal Garcia Vinho Verde anymore.

I always love shopping at Hannaford. They have great customer service and offer a wide variety of products that other places dont. Its pretty easy to find what you need and if you cant, someone will help you find it. I definitely prefer going there to other similar grocery stores.

Fresh full remodel done. Amazing staff (Theresa!) with outstanding personal service. Easy in / out w/o having to go into city at all right off the exit ramp. Clean & freshly rotated every morning with great mgr daily markdowns. Gonna miss stopping early mornings as my route changed. Ill be in for lunch any time I do pass by.

All of the associates in the store are very pleasant and helpful, it’s a small store but great for grabbing stuff that you need especially when your in a hurry.

I have been using Hannaford to Go since March (when the pandemic hit) and it has been a delight! The Hannaford to go staff are very prompt and do a great job shopping for me. I may never go inside again, FIVE STARS!!!

Hannaford, has helpful, friendly staff, fresh produce, great food selections at good prices at the deli, in the organic sections, and throughout the store. There is a pharmacy, health, and beauty section, as well as seasonal, & occasional clearance items available.

One of the better hannafords. This is a newer store with a little larger selection then an average hannaford.

Hannaford in Augusta is the closest place to get Smiling Hill Farm milk, sushi. The produce department is the best we can get close to the Sugarloaf area.

This store is neat and organized. All products that I needed were well-stocked. Im not used to going to this particular Hannaford. The employee stocking the shelf was very helpful in helping me find the products I was unable to locate on my own. Our cashier Scott was very personable and polite. He made some very helpful suggestions. I enjoyed my experience at this store very much.

I was looking for the Gold Peak tea and was in the tea aisle and couldnt find it. I asked a young man if you carried it and he said yes we do carry it. He then directed me to where it was located in the store.Teresa at check out is always so friendly. A brand new renovation, a new way of shopping. It wasnt just moving aisles, which they did, but rethinking how shoppers move through the space. Brighter lighting. A cafe serving breakfast. An inviting deli bakery, prepared foods, leading to produce, etc.

Almost every time there is no line because I go first thing when I get out of work. Staff is always friendly.

Clynk machine was out of order and I came from Monmouth specifically for starting an account since I have some milk bottles that have a $1.50 deposit each. Not happy.

Only complaint, I miss Shop N Save....maybe its just me. It just sounds better to me. This store is great. Clean with friendly helpful staff. Lines at checkout can be a bit long. And the self check out can be trying at times.
