Tried to buy a replacement tire today asked a worker for help locating a tire on rim for a wheelbarrow. He pointed me down an isle. I am ok with looking alittle but the isle is a mess and could not locate the tire. I the went back to the desk to ask for help again and he basically said you did not see it its not there. So tough luck you are on your own.... well then I will go to homedepot right down the road where a person will take the time to help me. I did and I got my new tire it is a very common piece but helping clueless poeple like me (the ones who actuall have the money to spend) is the way you make money. There will not be a next time for me at your store but for others you may want to help when asked

Manager Amy made me feel like a criminal for trying to return two shirts without a reciept, after I was assured that I could make a return if I made the purchase using my neighbors rewards account. Immediately approached me with attitude and treated myself and my cashier, Noah, with blatant disrespect. No wonder you are short on employees when you treat them like they are worthless. Manager should be fired.

Needed a trailer at the last minute on a Friday night. I called to make sure they had it in stock. The manager I spoke with went outside and physically made sure it was there before I drive 45 minutes to get it. Once I arrived they were ready for me. They processed the sale quickly to get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Very impressed by the staff!

Lost a customer - terrible online customer service - Ordered some gardening shoes off their website - it clearly showed they were in stock at my nearby TSC. Received the usual we got your order email. Then another email came in: Your order has been cancelled. No reason why. No phone call. Nothing. Good customer service dictates you at lease email or call the customer to keep their business and offer an alternative or perhaps say we could have these in a couple days. TSC apparently doesnt care.

I had a HORRID experience today at the Augusta tractor supply. One worker was just plain rude, disrespectful and had the worst attitude I’ve ever been given in any store. I don’t have his name because he was wearing a brown zip-up sweatshirt over his red vest - therefore no name tag. I love tractor supply for the farm needs my family has however today is making me rethink giving them my business at all. Mind you my husband and I were there spending over $250 today. We have horse, goats, chickens, dogs, bees and normally go to them but today really opened my eyes. I was shocked by the treatment and if he were my employee I would FIRE HIM!!!!! You need to fix this. ASAP.

Augusta Store. Website says one thing, drive an hour, not in stock. Update your web page to show availability. When I explain this to the guy, he offers no explanation, no sorry sir, just gives me a 1000 yard stare, until it gets so uncomfortable that I just walk away. Wont ever return to this store. Lost my business for good this time.

I was treated very Badly at the Augusta Maine Tractor Supply store. Due to the rude attitudes of the day and night managers, I will be sharing my story via social media and filling a complaint with he BB Business Burial, as well as a call to the AGs office in Maine. Even us simple customers deserve respect. After searching for a new yard cart all morning I found an add online for one at Tractor Supply. Around $129. Plus change, and tax on sale, normally $169. The Auburn store said they were out but could order it from the Augusta store at sale price, and it would take 2 days. They said I could purchase it at Augusta store if I wanted it sooner. I spoke to a sales rep in Augusta over the phone explaining what I was looking to purchase. They said they had 3 left and that the price was around $129 due to sale. I asked if they could hold one, that it would take one hour to get there. They took my name. after arriving I found they had not set one aside and that the price was now back to the original $169. price. Why would there prices change in one hour and I thought from past sales they lasted until the closing of the day for the store or business. After speaking to the very rude manager whom told me the cart was never on sale I made my purchase at regular cost. I returned the next day to find the next manager just as rude and unable to help me. I just acquired my first fixer-upper gentlemen s farm, I had planned to by my fencing and live stock needs from them, Not now, Farmers union in Farmington said they will be more than willing to help me in the future. My friends by a lot of supplies for there horses, they are also are changing to Farmers union. Funny how fast $40. dollars you screwed me out of will turn into thousands you loose in the year to come. Please share this message with your friends before making a purchase at tractor supply.

Ive been getting propane for my 8 tanks for 3 years here. Some yahoo comes out to fill my tanks, looks at them, scratches the paint with his thumbnail and refuses to fill 2 of the 3 tanks. Never looked at the date!!! Both from 2017 NEW tanks not re-certs!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The Mgr has no idea what BLEVE is and why propane tanks can be dangerous.Of 600 avg. incidents yearly and some 60million tanks in service...these workers need an educationand a work ethic!!

There was this guy there named Scott he helped me so nicely. He was very polite. And he knew exactly what I needed for my project. He gave me pointers on how to do them as well. And he also helped me bring out my heavy grain bags. Nice guy.

They are usually well stocked and friendly. I would like to see more rabbit products. They sell awesome books and magazines about farming and self sustaining

Always helpful, always friendly and eager to help. They will contact other stores in your county or close by to see if that Tractor Supply may have what you need. Even went so far as to look up online the help service number to a pellet stove company I purchased from them, to find out where to get replacement parts!

I like the store. Its located very conveniently near me.They have fantastic variety of all sorts of things for Home & Farm use.The only issue I have is the prices are a little higher than I would like to pay, and pay at other places.

Well stocked with all you need but expensive. Tow bar 159.99 exact same Reese Power bar at Walmart 99. I needed a roll of reflective tape...31 foot roll 49 bucks....WHAT???

Buy my pellets there. Most times they are great but the lines are always long. They have two lines but never a cashier.There for long lines.

This is the place where all the hot Maine ladies go! Who needs a bar when we have tractor supply. They should sell a hotties of tractor supply calendar. Not only do the ladies look good but most of them are useful too, I mean besides having babies and cooking these gals can do farm work, drive tractors, raise animals and raise your spirits too! Im looking forward to finding my next exwife there soon.

I love them - I found a couple wood racks out back all ready to be shipped back to the vender and a very nice man went out of his way to get them back on the floor for me and then sold them to me half price!!! Awesome service

Refused to fill newer, inspected propane tanks due to surface rust from tank caddy. Chris, themanager, is a clown.I have been filling tanks for years at various TSCs without encountering someone this dumb before. Yikes!

12/26/18 approx 3:00 pm........Stopped in for propane. After waiting for 10 minutes in the cold the guy told me he wouldnt fill my tank because of surface rust (no pitting just surface rust). I told him it goes by certification date (2021) and he said nope I wont fill it. So, I went to U-haul and they filled it no prob. I called Waterville TS and they confirmed it was by certification date unless deep or pitted rust. I WONT BE BACK.

Had a question about price of an item. Manager with serious attitude snaps at me for asking. When I asked him to walk over to the item he said, no, i dont have to look, Im right. finally he walks over but still treats me like dirt. I have bought grain here since they opened this location, I have never been treated so poorly. No respect and aggressive service. NOPE not coming back, and Im definitely going to advise the extended group of local farmers I know to stay away.

Had question for customer service took 15 minutes before someone showed up. Got some help not much could not give me a sure answer so i had to buy 6 bolts to use one. Then at check out the poor clerk only had nickels for change so i left with 18 nickels in my pocket. Other staff dont seem to be happy or care.

This store had a decent selection but just didnt seem well managed. Messy clothing section - I was looking for a sunhat and most of them were on the floor. Service was mediocre. Nothing too serious, but I wouldnt ask them about any important farm issues

They have a good variety of items beyond feed and fencing, including some hardware, auto, outdoor, and clothing. I feel like its sometimes hard to find what youre looking for, and theres not a lot of staff around on the floor when Ive visited.

I used to love them till i bought horse grain that had been wet and molding. And they new it! They have fans and bags of cedar try to stop and dry the grain which once its wet it molds. And cedar is to cut down on moister and molding. They do it all the time in both Augusta and Rockland store.um never have I seen any pet store or feed store ever done this, you know what the other stores do? They keep it properly stored and dried!! Duh sorry im kust amazed at the stupidity with this company.

Not too bad. But I always find it difficult to find someone to help me.

The employees knew next to nothing about their products and instead of finding what I asked for and needed, they tried to get me something I couldnt use. Kept leaving me to wait on others and had empty shelves in items I needed. I had to wait 15 minutes in the rain before someone came out to load a single panel into my truck. The gate is locked, so we cant do it ourselves. They outdid themselves on poor customer service today.
