Because they know their stuff. I believe the clerks name was Justin and he was fantastic at helping me match exactly what I wanted for my painting needs. I love that they keep all my purchase history in one spot so I know exactly what paint I purchased. HUGE help.

Hi I’m a local contractor in the Augusta Area This Sherwin Williams store is one of the good ones. Jeremy is great Manager he’ll help you if you need it and is very accommodating the staff is awesome and good to talk to and very knowledgeable I highly recommend the store.

Amazing staff (specifically Mickelle) make finding the right products easier. She even supported me in my color and tool selections. I love the customer service and specifically go to the Augusta store even though it is a tad further.
