Besides being prompt in scheduling, these folks do an amazing job! I was fortunate enough to have Jason as my repair technician both times I needed help. My dishwaher works like brand new and Im sure my Frig will be no different! THANK YOU QUALITY APPLIANCE! Jason was great returned my call after hours to set up an appointment for the next day. He was able to gave me a temporary fix to the problem so I could use my stove until he could get the part to fix it. He returned the next day with the part and compleated the job. He is a very friendly person and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend him, and will be using him again in the future

I left 2 voicemails for this company last week and have yet to hear from anyone. Id be happy to update my review if and when I receive a call back from someone. I know we all get busy but a return call, even if to let me know you are booked out 6 weeks, is professional and does not take much time.

Fix my machine but when I asked for a receipt I never received one. I gave the guy my email to make it easier to get it to me and nothing. All I want was something that said the what work got done on my washer machine and a 3 weeks later still nothing.

Amazing service! Jason, one of the owners, came out same day to fix my drier. Quick repair, friendly, and reasonably price. He came out at 8pm and didnt charge extra for an evening visit.

I think there was a confusion between company names, not sure. Quality did a repair on my refrigerator and it was great. I thought I called the same company to look at my electric range, perhaps I called the wrong place. Now Ive experienced not being able to contact them, not sure why.

I have received the worst experience from Jason. He came out to fix my dryer and never connected to hose. Needless to say, my dryer still doesn’t work and they refuse to fix the issue without payment, although my home warranty advised the issue would be corrected free of charge. Hands down the worst experience.
